Had company check the system, repair two nozzles, repair cracked breather, and check for back contaminates. Took two service appointments as part was on back order.

During the winter they didn't show up to do the snow removal. I called them and they said I wasn't scheduled even though I'd called in the Fall to confirm I was. I asked them if they could come out to do the work. The woman I was speaking with said she'd find someone to come out to do the work. She called me back and she said they wouldn't do the service because I cancelled the lawn mowing contract.

Tim build an amazing retaining wall in the dead of winter. Chuck formed the land & installed steps in the frozen earth. Tom & mowing crew do a great job. Show up every week. Leave area clean & tidy. Lately have had slow responses from Lester. Current - yard - great - original landscape too! Bad trouble communicating with Les. Employees - Tim - Chuck - Tom are all very responsive!

We were told they would be here within the next two weeks. After the 2 weeks had pasted by a few days, I called to ask when they might be here. I was told, "Oh, we don't intend to come out to your place." I was surprised and said that were never told that! She said, "Well, we are not going to do your place." Needless to say, I was absolutely stunned. It is now 6/17/14 and we have yet to have the system turned on because we ended so far down on the list of the next company I called to assist after this happened. But I am confident I can depend this company

When they mowed , they did do a good job. Lester was always very pleasant. Frustrated with poor communication. Very frustrated when they mowed the yard and turned the mower so grass clippings went in the pool while it was being cleaned. Often felt like they were too busy for my business. Also poor follow through on landscaping around the yard.

They were good at scheduling for getting quote. The gentleman came to our house and we went through the areas with the list that I had about the landscaping that I needed to have done. They took a while with a very detailed quote. However, quote was 2x the price of another. They were very nice to talk with them. I would look at them again.

Nature's Link Inc. were prompt in responding to me. They gave me fair play as a customer.

The sprinkler system was installed and functions correctly. However, during the installation process there were white plastic pvc pipes placed 18-24" above the ground directly in front of our picture window and house. They were placed without asking and made the front of our house look terrible. We did say something before our HOA stepped in and it was corrected and moved to the side of the house out of street sight. Our quote also included the removal of a small bush and some surrounding stumps/roots. It was not completed with the initial work and it took several reminders before they completed the work the following spring, when they de-winterized our sprinklers. Our sod area was small but it took several requests to level the area before the sod, which was what we had been quoted. Overall, we eventually got everything done but will not be using this company in the future, including the twice yearly maintenance of the sprinkler system.

It went extremely well. The project was finished ahead of schedule and under budget. I know that is a fairly brief description but honestly there were just not any real problems. The whole thing was a terrific experience.

Generally NL does a good job with landscape and irrigation, although the past few turn ons have managed to miss multiple sprinkler head issues and required a (paid) call back. Granted I have a large system; however, one would expect broken and/or totally misaligned heads to be caught, which was disappointing.

He was supposed to come and do it last week but apparently he broke his elbow. I talked to them the first of this week and they are trying to work it in. I was looking for somebody that did sort of small landscaping jobs as well as big things and they do that sort of things. The price was better than I expected. He arrived on time for the estimate.

We have used them for two years now. They are very reliable and do a fantastic job. The owner of the company is available if you have any questions. They offer a variety of services from just mowing the lawn to total landscaping care.

Lester and his crew rocks. Never feel rushed, they listen carefully, and make give sensible options and solutions. They stay on the job until it's completed - a big plus in the Bloomington area. They are prompt, courteous, thankful to have the work, and do a great job. In basketball terms, they're a slam dunk.

They kept in the price range we wanted. He is very hard working and has an eye for things that were wrong when didn’t even realize they were. I can’t say enough for how wonderful he is doing and really knows his business. He even had a civil engineer come out to look at it to make sure it is up to code.
