Windows are crystal clear and job was on time and on budget. No mess behind. All good! We will use this service again our window-cleaning needs.
Description of Work: Large house with dozens of windows on 3 levels. Washing inside and out in prep for appraisal. Needed reliable estimate in advance and needed work done asap.

+ -1 moreHis name is Matt. He has been out twice and he did a good job. It took him a whole day because we have a large house with a lot of windows. For the price, he was definitely a very good value. He was very friendly and professional. He actually gave my wife tips on how to do it herself or how to actually create professional window washer technique. So, he was happy to teach; that is value-added. The windows were great. He was very good at responding. He would always call back or e-mail. The two times he came out, he was right on time. He always said what he was going to do, in what order he was going to do it, and followed-through. We are going to use him in the future.
Description of Work: We have used MG Window Cleaning. He actually did all of the exterior and interior windows and screens.

Description of Work: Matt quoted $75 but said it took less time and actually lowered the price. He also went over a few blocks away and cleaned the gutters at our daughter's home. We would hire him (and will) again for both window cleaning and gutter cleaning. You won't go wrong hiring him.

+ 0 moreWe were pleased with Matt's work overall. He did an excellent job on all of the windows in our home and we not only would, but have hired him again. We plan for him to clean the gutters for us soon He is very laid back and not as business like in his approach as some, but we liked that and found him to be a hard working and fair person. The only negative would be that we wished he'd been able to do the inside skylights or asked if we had a ladder that would reach them! We will hire him for this job again and more often, so it shouldn't be as laborious the next time. By the way, he only increased the cost by $50 and it was well worth it.
Description of Work: A neighbor had used and recommended MG Window Washing. Matt stopped by our home while we were out and left an estimate for us just from walking around outside. That was likely a mistake, as the job took more time and effort than he'd planned. The mineral deposit buildup on some windows was extensive. He actually came back to finish the job two partial days afterwards to finish up. He removed screens and cleaned and replaced them when the windows were clean. He removed the grids on each window and cleaned the inside and outside, using his normal cleaning process. He then explained that he needed to use another process to remove the mineral buildup, which would take longer. Although we didn't agree on a final price at that point, we acknowledged that he should charge more than what was quoted. We had also asked that he clean three skylights and he got onto the roof to do so. He was unable to clean the inside of the skylights due to the height. He also trimmed shrubs and bushes that blocked his access to some windows.
