+ -1 moreKoorsen installed my home security in Bloomington, Indiana. It never worked properly. It always threw alarm warnings on windows or doors that were shut. After many visits, I finally told a tech I knew that he had not fixed the problem. I got a call from the owner after that saying he did not want my business anymore. I calmed the guy down and found out the tech was his kid. So the next repair visit, Dad came out to protect his son from the mean ole customer who said something bad about his boy. All turned out fine, except they still did not fix their poor work. So I replaced them with MyTech, a much better and more customer-friendly option.
