Joe Bradley Construction

After a major rainstorm, our old roof began to leak. We started looking for roofers and Joe Bradley came highly recommended. He was courteous, honest and gave us a good price. He worked with his son and another young man and was particularly careful with our old house. The previous roofer (before we moved in) had done a terrible job and had put roof vents up even though there were no actual holes cut for vents! Joe cut vents and fixed the problem. Our chimney was improperly flashed and Joe spent extra time fixing and sealing it up along with repairing plumbing vents and and other surprises. No extra charge from the original bid. Here's what really impressed us; My wife and I are quite busy and had just completed some other projects. We had construction waste piles out back and in front of the house we hoped to get rid of soon. When I returned from my church youth group duties, Joe and his crew had cleaned up all the debris, and swept up the areas! What a blessing. I baked the crew a big apple pie. This guy is the real deal. He stands behind his work and has a respectable guarantee.
