Went very well - easy to work with

Randy and his helper took care of two items on the list during his visit. He also gave me advice how to handle two simple items on my own. He said he would send me an invoice on the work that was done and also provide an estimate on the other items. He sent an invoice the next day. However, one week passed and I did not receive the estimate for other repairs so I sent him an email asking about this. He promised to send the estimate that weekend. Two additional weeks have passed and Randy has still not provided the estimate. So today is four weeks from when we met and I have nothing. No way I'd use him again.

He took great care in finding a precise paint match for additional work that needed to be done. He was very open to input from me. He was generous in helping me remedy some minor issues that I could do myself. I would highly recommend him!

Randy was prompt and professional. He fixed our shed, replacing the roof, and a side that had a hole in it. He was very communicative, and kept us informed throughout the repair.

Randy was responsive and responsible. He fit me into his schedule at short notice. He made all the repairs I wanted and got my approval on the repairs as he was making them. When I requested a slight modification, he quickly made it He was skillful and helpful. He came with all the supplies and tools he needed. He did a great job, was pleasant to talk to, and I will definitely call him again.

My 84 year-old mother's home needed several things fixed and corrected. The first place I looked was Angie's List. Out of all those listed, I immediately went to Randy's review and I'm so very, very happy and pleased that I did. He arrived promptly on time and ready to work. My mother loves to talk and Randy graciously listened. I asked if he would mind picking up the things he would need at Lowe's since I didn't know what to get. He said he would be happy to. He actually had to go back a few times but he got all the exact parts needed. After each item on the list, he cleaned up afterwards. Mother had several other things she wanted him to do once he got there that I didn't have on the list, but it was fine to repair them also. No problem. Mother said he never stopped from the minute he got in the door. He was either picking up parts at Lowe's, working, or cleaning. It's hard to put into words how extremely pleased we everything he did. I am very happy for Angie's List and his previous customers for their reviews which lead me to Randy. He's incredibly professional, extremely hard-working, and knows exactly what he's doing. I too have several things that need to be repaired at my house and I told him I will definitely be giving him a call. As a widow, I can just do so much before I need a professional. And I so thankful I now know of excellent "handy man." I am HIGHLY recommending him to all my friends, co-workers, and family. Randy truly is the BEST!!!!!!!!

Removed shutters and installed blinds. Had to do some patching but was well done. Explained what we could do or what he would be happy to at another time.

I have used Randy for years. He is very friendly and punctual, and tries hard, but is not a professional, he is a Handy Man. Recently he always shows up with a helper and charges for two people, so you might as well pay the higher rate and get a real electriican, etc.

Work was done professionally and quickly. Randy knows absolutely everything about building and maintaining homes. He works quickly and efficiently and has a lot of local resources for materials and services if needed.
