Spent a lot of time in the store looking at tv's. They were really busy and the manager came over a couple of times to check on me and let me know someone would be with me as soon as they could. It wasn't very long before a salesman showed up to work with me. I was looking for a lot of functionality within a tight budget and he worked his butt off to help me find what would work in my budget. I was in there for hours that day, I think. I ended up buying a smart hd 3d tv and theater system. Was very happy about it. Unfortunately, when I got everything home and tried to hook it up, I didn't have a proper cord between the tv and theater system. I went back to the store to get a different cable at least twice before I figured out the tv and sound system were not compatible (crazy, I know, but true). So, I took the theater system back in and they searched for one compatible with my tv. To make a long story short, I ended up with a brand new $400 theater system to replace the original one I bought - for the same price ($100)!! Everytime I called or went in, the HH Gregg folks were immediately available to assist me and answer any questions. They more than made up for the incompatibility of the theater system. Kudos to Darren, Rob, Mike, Nathaniel and the other guys and gals who helped me through the process. I will definitely return to HH Gregg in the future. Excellent service!
