Courteous, prompt and responsive. I would have liked further assurance that the raccoons were let out in a good place for them; I thought that letting a bunch of raccoons out on one's own property seemed like a strange plan since eventually they'd end up at the trapper's porch. I was very much opposed to killing them, so the general lack of a plan other than his own family farm made me concerned. Also charged for initial visit and $75.00 a trapped animal which since this is not very high skilled work seemed excessive, although other companies are in the same ball park. I gave a "B" for professionalism mainly because the trapper declined to wear gloves or any protective clothing; also he had never had a rabies vaccination which seemed quite unwise for this line of work.
