+ -1 morenow i'm annoyed with this report format--people should be able to skip parts of it...I tried 3x to submit and was required to answer every part of #1 and to fill out this section. if you want reports, treat us like the adults we are.
Description of Work: did send property listings---then no response for 5 days--& I lost a property I really wanted.... AND SHE THEN CALLS OVER A DAY LATER AFTER PROMISING RESPONSE IN 1 HOUR...& THEN HANGS UP ON ME!!!!! I then called manager of office...short version? I told him he wasn't helping and that I'd put negative review here. Done.

Description of Work: Our FC Tucker realtor rep was Kim Price. She did a great job understanding what we wanted when looking for property. Our needs were a place for our student son to live. She was very prompt at all appointments and took us to several properties.

+ -1 moreOur agent was open and friendly, and understood our needs and our budget for our house search. She was able to help us find wonderful houses in quiet neighborhoods not too far from work, and helped us get a lower price on the final choice than was listed. She calls frequently to check up on us and see if there is anything we need. We have contacted her several times since to ask about the benefit of certain remodeling options and she has always given us good advice. We are excited when the time comes for her to help us sell our house, and are confident that she can help us sell it even in this poor market.
Description of Work: We were recommended to this real estate company from another company out west. When we decided to move to Indiana, Tucker helped us find our home. We talked to our agent and within a week had a slate of 20 homes within our budget and that fit our preferences. On a weekend visit, we narrowed it down to three, and then found the perfect house. Our agent helped us bargain the price down to within a range that was more reasonable for us. The closing went very smoothly.
