He came within an hour of my call, fixed the front door lock system (we hadn't been able to use the door for a week), was personable, made friends with our wary shelter dog, did great work, was fast, friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Could not have asked for more. This isn't his day job, so his availability might be limited. Definitely recommend highly.
Description of Work: Replaced parts of a Kwikset lock system on front door. Was able to mix parts from new and old to make it work with setup already in place.

+ -1 moreThey came out within 20 to 30 minutes of when I called them. They even gave us a receipt so that we could see if our insurance company would cover the cost. I have given their name to 2 or 3 other people. They were happy with their experience as well.
