They were recommended to me by H. H. Gregg while I was looking at flat screens. The experience has been very good. I liked them because they're located close to my home and they've been very responsive.

This was a great company to work with. They were professional and had a lot of knowledge. They did what they said they would do within the time they said it'd take and did a great job overall.

Everything they've ever done, I'd give them an A+ for. I'd highly recommend them to anybody! They're extremely knowledgeable, and everything they've done works! They actually installed all of the audio systems for John Mellencamp, too.

They are very good. I was very pleased. I found them to be the best experts in home theater installation. They had to wire my speaker system. They key stand was already there in the wall but they had to rewire everything again. I negotiated and I thought I got a reasonable deal. They were not cheap but they were reasonable. However, what I am pleased about is that, the system they installed functions very smoothly and the quality of the sound system is good. I am unable to compare prices because I didn't find another expert in Bloomington that does this kind of work. If I inquire out of town, I can expect the prices to go through the roof, considering the traveling expenses and everything. The technicians from Experience Technology came when they said they would come. They were totally professional. They were wonderful. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future. I was frustrated that I couldn't find anybody. I contacted them but I didn't know how long they were in business here. They told me that they are usually very busy. They also service out of town. They were gentlemen. The representative that I spoke with over the phone was extremely easy to talk to and very professional. I was impressed with that. The delivery of the service was up to my expectation.
