They did an excellent job, and arrived as scheduled.

It went great. Josh told me when he could get to it and performed the work when he said he would. The job was done while I was at work and I came home to no trees and zero mess. All in all it was a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend.

Josh and his crew were terrific. I had originally asked Josh whether two trees needed to be removed due to vine growth, but he encouraged me to simply remove the vines from one rather than cutting it down. When the time came to remove the other, his crew cut it down without any issues, and cleaned up impeccably afterward. Josh was also happy to go above and beyond the call of duty. On the day the tree was originally scheduled to be removed, we detected a gas leak in the house. Josh happily volunteered to wait for Vectren when my wife had to leave to pickup our daughter. As a result, I highly recommend Ennis Tree and Lawn!

The guys on the crew were extremely friendly, adjusted when I changed my mind about something (I still paid the original price but they were gracious about my mind changing and took out something else for me) and I even got a painter recommendation from Josh's dad who was very helpful. Excellent quality and good price for all the work they did. Now I need to plant some new things in those spaces.

Mr. Ennis was prompt in giving me an estimate and also prompt in scheduling the service. This is the second time we have used his services and we are happy with the work done. As a bonus, he was able to quickly fix our chain saw, so we could get to work making firewood of those trees!

We lost the top part of a dead tree during a windstorm and needed it cleaned up and the rest removed. We had worked with Ennis Tree & Lawn in the past, so we called them back out. The team was there that day to assess the damage. They also assessed some other trees that we were worried about and in the end we decided to have 4 removed. Josh and his team worked the first half of the job into an opening in their schedule, getting the potentially dangerous trees down sooner than expected, then kept in touch with us so we knew when the second half would be done (basically waiting for the weather to dry out). When I inquired about removing a stump, Josh quoted me a price, but warned me against doing it, as it would serve to slow erosion on the hill until we decided what sort of landscaping we wanted to do. The people I've dealt with from Ennis are friendly and knowledgeable, letting you know what you need to know but never pushing a sale. I will certainly call them back if I have other work along these lines that needs doing.

I needed to have four trees removed. They allowed me the flexibility to remove the downed trees myself at a much reduced cost.

I contacted them through the Angieslist interface and never heard back. I prompted twice through the week, but received no response.

Ennis provided excellent service. Josh came out and gave us an estimate. He and his team ended up doing the work the same day. He came out about a week later and removed a stump.

Excellent work. He got to the job quickly, did exactly what I wanted, and at a reasonable price.

We were happy with the service. It took a day and half to do all this work. They were kind, respectful and accommodating. I was skeptical of the Angie's List 10% deal. I thought he would just give me a price 10% higher than the competitors. Everyone's estimate was almost exactly the same cost. we chose Josh because of that discount. It took several weeks after our estimate to complete the project due to weather. My only complaint was I did not get a call before they showed up to do the work. This was likely do the the fact that the owner was sick while work was done. Despite being sick, he did show up to monitor the work being done. We have several trees on the property. I am sure that in the future we will look to hire them again.

He gave me a quote on a Monday, and was able to do the work on Tuesday - even having just had surgery. He was very polite and accommodating. Work was done well, and fairly quickly. Price was great! I would call Ennis Tree and Lawn again in a heartbeat.

Josh came out right away to give an estimate and then returned to do the work as soon as the weather allowed (less than a month during the winter). He was respectful of our property and did an excellent, fast, job!

Ennis Tree Service was very prompt and professional with the service provided. They showed up and performed the job and even cut up the main part of the tree so it could be easily carried out. I would absolutely use them again if the need arises.

Josh Ennis and crew were excellent. The tree was removed quickly and stump ground out. They also seeded the area and covered in straw. Plan to call again for future tree removal and trimming.

They were one of the few who could actually meet our needs. They can cut trees in a tight situation. They were two to three months behind schedule.

Well they were professional and knowledgable

I was in a panic looking for Spencer-area snow removal companies as I live on the north side of Indianapolis and my Dad, who lives in Spencer, had just had surgery the day the snow storm hit the area. He is unable to do any heavy lifting and I couldn't get to his house to clear the snow myself, so we were in a serious jam. Josh answered his phone on the first call and was awesome to work with and such a kind person. I will definitely use his services for my Dad's house, again. Can't speak highly enough.

Trimmed dead & large hanging branches from a number of huge trees up over my roof & over the drive way around my property. Came when they said, acted professionally, did a really good job. They had an enormous pile of wood to dispose of plus a large pile of brush we had built up. It is all gone,, & they cleaned up well too. Bucket truck is what we needed, they had it, would use them again!
