+ -1 moreWe just called and told Don we were in a pinch for some rock, and he obliged us even though he was closed.
Description of Work: We needed rock on a couple of Saturday afternoons, and, even though Don's place was closed, we called and he graciously agreed to meet us at his shop and load it. I know that doesn't sound like much, but really, it is the essence of great customer service, and we couldn't have finished our project timely otherwise.

+ -1 moreThey came once to look at the work involved. Then they came out again to talk with my husband and our neighbor since it would entail going through their yard. It was not always easy having them show up on time but they are well meaning and very friendly. They are very professional on the job and do exactly what they estimate. Thorough job start to finish and laid seed and hay down over the work. Don came out a week later to make sure we were happy with the work. Good people would recommend.
Description of Work: They excavated an 8 inch deep four feet wide trench through our yard to help water drain away from house.
