DON BUSH MOVING

Worst moving experience of my life. I used this company to move out of my house I sold to a rental house while I looked for a new house to buy. That move went OK. So I decided to use them again when I moved out of the rental to my new house I bought. HUGE mistake. They showed up 2 1\2 hours late, and I had requested 3 movers like I had with the last move. So not only were they late but only 1 guy showed up, who was a brand new employee, then after another 30 minutes, 1 other guy showed up. They were super slow, on purpose. This move had less furniture and no stairs this time, and it took them almost 10 hours to move us. The last move which had stairs and more furniture, only took 6 hours. Last move was $650, this move was $1,000!!!!! They quoted me that this move would cost about what the previous move cost!! They tracked mud all over the rental and when I reported this to the manager, she said the employee sent her some random picture of the carpet saying they didn't track any mud. That same employee apologized to me repeatedly about the mud, then lied to his boss. So I thought it was a good thing I has pictures to prove it, the manager told me to send them to her, in which I did..... It did no good, the company has not responded to the pictures or my complaints. Beware of this company!! Horrible! They will lie and overcharge you!

Completely unprofessional! Backed the moving truck up my steep driveway, loaded the furniture and then tore up my driveway when leaving. The weight of the furniture made the truck tailgate drag all the way down the driveway. They were stuck at the bottom of the driveway for 45 minutes. Afterwards the company did not reach out to apologize or offer to fix the driveway. I called multiple times and they only reached out after I posted a note to their actual website (which they deleted). Do not use this company!
