CTW Restoration & Remodeling

I first hired another private contractor that seemed to never show up, was always late when they did show, and once they got the 50% dn... I got the materials but no service. I got the business card for CTW from a friend that was an apartment manager in Bloomington, In. They provide apartment painting and cleaning for their company along with several others. The person that came out was very professional, on time, and gave a more reasonable estimated job timeframe. Eventhough it was higher than the original contractor that never finished the job, the person that came out walked me through each part of what was required to do the job and it made more sense. He used the materials dropped off by the other contractor but had to return some and get the correct items for the job to be up to code. Overall, you get what you pay for. CTW was efficent, budget concious, and by the end of the job...the result was better than I expected or originally pictured in my head. I'd also like to add that I priced the job through 2 other Bloomington contractors and both of those estimates were much higher for less work. And from my story... we all know how it turned out hiring the one contractor I got an estimate from that was lower than CTW. Thanks again Rob, Bob, and James at CTW.
