 + -1 moreHere I am six months later, and they still have not fixed my system. Every time I talk with them, they give me false promises. I have talked to the owner, the receptionist, another service technician. It has been really disappointing dealing with this company. I gave them ample time to get the cover fixed and installed, and I have to wait for them to replace a cover that they destroyed.
Description of Work: They came out and I had bought a water purification system in 2005. The system has worked for several years, and I called them after the warranty was done. We needed a service tech to come down to look at my water purification system. It looked like the resin needed to be replaced. They brough the wrong size of tank, but did replace the resin. They took the cover of the tank off of the system to fix it so it would stay together. They have never brought it back.
