 + 0 moreThe two issues that occurred during the job (cut telco line, concrete staining in the street) were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Steve installed two conduits below the driveway for wires to ensure no cuts would happen in the future.
Description of Work: Steve Cordell and his team did two pieces of work on our property in summer 2013, installation of a new driveway including demolition of the previous one and installation of skylights in a third floor room to create an office. I was impressed throughout the whole process with the team that Steve employed with the two jobs and was kept informed the whole way on progress and issues. Steve built the driveway to spec (5 inches concrete with rebar) and a year later it is an absolutely beautiful job with no issues. Steve also improved upon the form of the driveway introducing curved radii for a less angular and more modern look. The skylights turned out absolutely perfectly and have turned a third floor storage room into an airy office space.
