 + -1 moreEverything is good with them. I had to go through a whole bunch of prompts for them to tell me that it was down. They gave me an expected time of correction and then they gave me an indeterminate time. This has only happened once.
Description of Work: I use Comcast for internet service. I interacted with them last week when the service was down for a couple of hours.
