+ -1 moreHe was prompt and brought a crew. When I rented in November the House needed an end-of-summer clean up and the landlord had not done it. All the leaves sat all winter long with a lot of downed branches. He was doing my neighbors yard and we grabbed a card. They did out the whole thing (a lot) for $80 dollars and the mowing will be $35 going forward. Almost a half acre, so this seems like a great price.
Description of Work: Mow and clean up for summer.

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean our sidewalks of snow when it was 2" or more. They did it twice but the third time we went over to the property and they did not do it. I texted him pictures showing it wasn't done. He said he did do it. I told him and texted him the pictures of the proof he didn't. He yelled at me on the phone and told me to forget it that he wasn't doing the job anymore, to pay him for the two times, forget the third time and to find someone else. I agreed to do that yet he still keeps billing me even for the times I have paid him. They emailed once and said I was right, that I should not have gotten the bills. But then I got them a second in March. I again reminded them that the two bills were paid and that he said to forget the third one. I have not had any more communication with them.

+ -1 moreI’ve been using them for years and they’re really good. I use them all the time. They are really cheap. Their price is very good. They are very cheap and they’re really good. I can always get in touch with them and I can always get in touch with the owner. He remembers me. I’m sure he has a lot of customers but he knows exactly where I live and whom he’s talking to. He’s really good. They are really good. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used City Lawn for my lawn and yard work. I use them all the time. I don’t use them now because it’s winter time but they pick up branches. They have been cutting my grass every year for almost four years since I’ve been living in Indiana.
