Description of Work: On this visit, I had to have a new ceiling fan in the kitchen installed. With the new lighting requirements/regulations this bulb for the ceiling fan was a 60watt, it was not bright enough. So I called a few days later and the same guy came out and found a light bulb that would work better except the bulb was to long for lighting globe. He said he would check and see if he could find another lighting globe that would fit. A few days later he came over, he had said that he would call so I would know he was coming, in advance since I have a daughter with multiple disabilities,I had layed down for a bit and only heard the last ring on the phone before the answer machine picked up, in his message he said he had rung the doorbell which I didn't hear. I have called every week to find out when they were coming back out and also had some other electrial things I wanted done. My last phone call was last Friday, I have yet to hear anything. I have used this company for all my electrical issues since 1993, I have no idea why they will not come out here and the last time I spoke with them, the older lady who took my call said that they had the new lighting globe and the light bulbs that would fit it, I know that there are charges from getting the new lighting globe but have yet to receive a bill. I use a handyman and asked him who he would recommend and told him what was going on, he said that he had hear similar situtations so he gave me the name of someone else, and that company I have called 3 days in a row and still no response so I did an email to another company off of your list. I do not know why Cassady is doing what they are doing but I would not recommend them now to anyone. Before all of this happened, when I needed electrical work done and the time that they could do it, was when we weren't home, I could trust this company and employees to be in the house to do what needed to be done and did not have to worry about anything, so I do not understand why they are doing this now. I am in hopes that the new company that I got off of your list is what the written reviews have stated, if not then I will try again.

Description of Work: I had a number of fairly simple electrical issues in my 40-year old home, including the replacement/updating of three outlets and the repair of a faulty light switch.

Description of Work: I had them do a number of minor jobs around the house.

Description of Work: We used Cassady Electrical Contractors last spring to install lighting, rewire a room, and rewire a dishwasher that wasn't done to code.
