CARPETS PLUS COLORTILE

The service was good. It was fine. There were two guys and it took them about four or six hours to complete everything. They got there when they said they would. The got it done quickly and I thought they were fair priced. I would use them again. That was my first time using them. The wait for an appointment was maybe a week or two. We were just moving into the house at that point and they got it done before we moved in. They were great.

It turned out fine. They did a great job. Unfortunately, they put the wrong color tile down. We were away for awhile. When they started putting it down, I thought iot looks a bit greenish. It had a greenish tint to it. I thought maybe its just the light. When they bought me another box of tiles because they didn't leave me with any tiles, then we discovered it was the wrong color, not the color I had ordered. They did say that they would redo it for me. Its just a pain because I've got to get all the appliances out of my kitchen, disconnect it and then connect it again. Otherwise, I love dealing with Colortile. It was not their fault. He ordered the correct tile. I don't know where the problem was, I bet you somebody sent the wrong color. It was all fine. I was very happy with Colortile. There's just a problem with the tiles. They've been very nice to say that they will replace them for me. They've done work for me in the past. They've done a bathroom for me and I've been very happy with them. I'm not unhappy with them. It can happen and they just said that they would replace with the correct color. Its up to me now to decide when I'm going to have it done. I've been away for two months. I kept telling my husband, this is not the color I ordered. When the extra box arrived then I realized. By that time, it was November. We had it in the garage for quite awhile and I never looked at it. Suddenly my husband opened it up and we realized it is the wrong color. I contacted them, the gentleman came out and he was very nice about it. I would always recommend Colortile. I think Kate is an amazing person to deal with. She's really very good and very knowledgeable. The quality is really good. There's such a range of tile there. You can go from very expensive to very cheap, it depends on your budget. I will absolutely use them again. I'll just make sure next time. She had the correct tile on the invoice and I shou;ld have also checked the box against the invoice. I just didn't think about it. I will definitely check the invoice against the box before they lay the tiles.

The service was just fine. They did a nice job installing and in fact, they gave us a discount and they really did not even need to. So, I was happy with their service. They showed up when they were supposed to. There were no problems. The carpet looked excellent; it was perfect.

We were satisfied with their work. It looked perfect after the installation. The jobs were pretty straightforward and they did them. Their price may be a little high.

It was good. They were fine. I've had them two years ago and I never had any problems. They were prompt and they did what they promised. I expected their price estimates and I don't have any dislikes.
