John (Owner of Carpet Care Plus) personally came out to clean the carpets in a condo I was living in. Considering the condo had a dog and a cat that shed a great degree - he had his work cut out for him! He arrived well on time and immediately took the time to walk through the unit with me, pointing out his concerns before he started and ensuring that I had a chance to list any areas he should focus on. At that point, I left him to do his job. John called 2 hours later to inform me the job was done. Before setting foot in the place, he handed me a pair of shoe covers (after donning his own), and he went over top to bottom all the areas he cleaned. Truly - John did an INCREDIBLE job - both in the service aspect and in his customer service and manners. I felt he really values his customers and the relationship that is built there. In short - I couldn't be happier with how clean the carpets were (especially given the time taken and the reasonable cost). I would recommend Carpet Care Plus without hesitation to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

This latest carpet cleaning is the second time we have used Carpet Care Plus - and John Andrews, the owner - for the cleaning of the carpets in our current home. We have found in both instances that this is a most professional operation and John takes great pride in doing an excellent job thanks to ihis long time and wide experience in the business of carpet and upholstery cleaning. We have two dogs and a cat so several areas are particularly challenging due to the animals having favorite places to lay and sleep. Also, some areas that get exceptional use, such as in front of chairs and couches, were also heavily soiled. Despite all of these problems the end result made all of our 6 year old carpeting looks like almost new once again, including the stairs. Would recommend Carpet Care Plus and will use his services again.
