Building Associates, Inc.

I have done all sorts of remodel and building projects over the years, and I have never had such a smooth, happy experience as I just did with Building Associates. They just transformed a commercial building’s exterior for me, new roof, siding, paint and were prompt with the initial bid (very fair) and the work went seamlessly. Shadow ran our project and he offered great ideas, was so kind, and made sure I was kept updated on the progress as I live out of town. The office staff was equally as kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Building Associates for any project!

I met this company at the home show and was impressed and wanted to see what they could do for me on the garage we needed added to our prebuilt modular. They got iestimate back to us in about a week. I noted some changes that needed to be made to the job but that increased the price much more (we were just comparing prices) and the job did not fit in the time frame we needed to have it done. I would gladly come to them again in the future

Went really well. In the end, they were on budget and ahead of schedule. We felt so comfortable with them we have recommended them to many friends. They were very easy to work with. WE had a few problems with some of the subcontractors but Building Associates did great dealing with any problems that came up.

They were wonderful. They were very easy to deal with. When I saw something I didn't like, they'd come right back out and fix it. It was easy. It wasn't frustrating or anything. They're friendly and reasonably priced. We priced several people and they came in lower than anybody else and we got more for the same price.

It was a good experience. They were professional. The price was high. I would use them again.

They did a great job. We have a historic home and it was a challenging project. They took pictures before so he could show us what he would be doing. They are very knowledgable about the products they use, very professional, and if we have had any problems they are timely in sending someone out. The job was in a emergency situation and they were very good at coordinating with other construction workers to get the job done in a timely manner.
