+ -1 moreThe cleaning in general was average to good, along the lines of other cleaning companies. The staff was always professional and attentive. But they do not know how to clean black glass stove tops nor do they clean well standard appliances that are black. Grease marks and smudges were a constant problem. A misplaced house key in their keeping was also a problem. We came home to find the front door had been left unlocked by the staff. After several calls and messages, the key was finally located and returned.
