+ 9 moreMr. Figg visited my house and took note of the several projects and repairs that were needed. He provided me a rough estimate of the costs, indicating that final costs would be more or less based on what he found to be the actual causes. As each project was undertaken, Mr. Figg kept me informed on a daily basis, alerting me to complications that necessitated additional attention. He was meticulous and thorough with each project but nevertheless worked quickly and with efficiency. His manner was unfailingly polite and cheerful, inspiring confidence and allaying concerns about costs. He provided informative answers when asked. His work required that he be in and out of the house which he managed unobtrusively. Normally I really dislike the necessity of having strangers in the house but Mr. Figg's demeanor and competence did not disturb in the least.
Description of Work: Cleaned, repaired, painted soffits and gutters Repaired ridge line of roof Determined cause of leak in one corner of lower level and implemented effective repairs (excavated, filled, and banked soil abutting the house, installed plastic liner, covered all with rock, soil, mulch) Power washed ceiling of large carpet, and all walks and driveway around house Treated and repainted ceiling of carport and one side of the house Cleared a brick walkway in the back yard Removed weeds on the fence line and next to house Repainted ceiling in family room of lower level Repaired kitchen counter top by installing butcher block cutting board Removed and replaced ceramic tile in the bathroom
