They were really very helpful. I had some carpet samples I had pulled and we weren't sure what the name brand was and they went above and beyond researching to figure out the brand for us. They were very informative and on top of it. They did a very good job.

My whole experience was very very good. They were helpful in the store; two or three representatives pitched in to help me find the specific carpet I was looking for. They were professional and obviously experienced. They were careful to make sure I got the exact carpet I wanted.

Way too expensive. I went with another provider.

Lisa from Bounds & McPike was so helpful (and patient!) in helping me find the perfect tile for my kitchen backsplash. Her knowledge of the products, plus her ability to match colors and envision the end result were so helpful. She was a real pleasure to work with. The tile installation went so smoothly. The husband and wife team (can't remember their names) were very punctual, and did an excellent job. The installation process took 2 1/2 days. At the end of each day, they would clean up the area and put the appliances back in place so that I could prepare meals. They were efficient and very pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this group, and look forward to working with them on future projects.

We picked out ceramic tile for our kitchen floor. We ordered the tile through them and had the installation done through them. The tile is very nice and and we love it. Tony, the person who installed the tile, was very pleasant, punctual and always cleaned up when he was finished for the day. He did a very nice job. It took about a week.

We had laminate wood flooring installed in our living room and dining area. The floor looks great. 450 sqft for $3700 is too high IMO. But, it does look well put together. There should have been some price negotiations after the game plan changed when the installer arrived. Our subfloor was pristine, so the issue was installer preference. We had to have them return to fix a loose threshhold and they did so, no questions asked. There was also an issue of the 1/4 round that became detached a few months after install which we fixed ourselves.

We received a quote for tile flooring in our kitchen and half bath. I understand that regular tile is the more expensive than others but the quote was so expensive that we went elsewhere. It was only 120 sq ft.

They were wonderful. They were efficient. I was clear on what I wanted and they were clear on what my options were. The installation was superb. There were no marks left anywhere in the house as sometimes there would be but in fact they went above and beyond. I didn’t have every floor in the house to re-carpet. The bedrooms were left as they were and the carpeting that was set many years old, they took out the wrinkles in those carpets which weren’t part of the contract. They came when they said they were going to come and got the job done on time.

Bounds and McPike have an extensive array of flooring to choose from in many price ranges. Lisa was excellent to work with as she is very professional and understood what we were looking for based on matching cabinets, countertops and walls, while also considering price. We were able to take samples home to help us pick out what would match the cabinets, countertops and walls. She was also very compassionate and apologetic when we had an issue and made sure we were completely satisfied before continuing with the installations. We will definitely use them again when we need more upgrades! Would also like to point out that the installers were fantastic and very professional. All was done like a well oiled machine!

We had some issues with our sub flooring, so the installation didn't meet my expectations.But they did everything they could, short of ripping out the hardwoods, to make me happy.

Item was as promised and came in on time. Lisa was great to work with. Price was high, but I was trying to match the existing hardwood floor using a prefinished hardwood product. They have less expensive vendors and they gave me quotes of the less expensive option.

They were exquisite; they had several men for a very large square footage, it took them about two days in total. Everything is perfect; in fact my husband is going to write them a letter. We have are no complaints, we would recommend them highly to any one.

The initial visit to their location went well. We talked about what I wanted to have done and the products to be used. Their installer visited my home to see the extent of the work. He was very professional and had a good knowledge of the problems and the background to do the job. The problem came with the bid on the job. I received the bid on the work, over $15,000 worth of work then I told him I was with Angie's List and he was supposed to give me a 10% discount because I was a member. This is the response I received. Thanks for your response. Due to the size of your job I gave you my best price up front. We honor Angie?s list coupons regularly and it gets members 10% off (materials only) but cannot be used with any other discounts. It all started with a phone call to Lisa who was a sales person that knew her stuff. She invited my wife and I to come in and choose our new flooring. She gave us many options and grade levels to choose from. The best part was her expert knowledge and advice about the products and their advantages or disadvantages. Next she helped us pick out a range of samples to take with us to help facilitate our final choice. Once we made our decision she quoted accurate estimates of costs for the products, installation and even removal of the old flooring. She went one step further by recommending other experts to perform the new trim work we required. We changed our minds about a couple of things along the way and she handled them seamlessly. We never felt pressure or insecurity about any choice we made, since she gave us the opportunity and advice to make informed choices about every aspect of buying a new floor. The selection at Bounds & McPike Flooring was second to none and the professional installers were the best!

They informative in the selection process, NO PRESSURE, prompt in their response to our presence in the showroom, stayed in contact about delivery and installation. The installers were prompt, courteous, and clean. We are looking forward to going back to Bounds and McPike for future flooring needs.

They were very friendly and helpful. They had no problem with us using a person not associated with them to do the installation. They held the carpet we ordered in their warehouse until our contractor could pick it up. They even said that he could do his cutting in their warehouse before he came to install it.

Everything went fine. Easy sales staff to work with from start through installation. Installer was very good and clean. Love the work done. Good price. Will use again if needed.

The project went very well. We really liked the installer, but unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. He did have a helper on the second day, a very nice but quiet man. It took about two and a half days. I cannot describe in detail, but suffice it to say, we were very pleased with the end result. It was a pleasure to work with someone who is so skilled and meticulous. Also, he was open to our questions and did the work in a way that would inconvenience us the least.
