+ -1 moreHORRIBLE! Employees were caught on our property playing in the rocks (grown men) when they were supposed to be working. We were told it was going to be a 2 day job it turned into several trips because they were unequipped on several trips to do the job, we went over a week without heat with temps in the 30's and tried to notify the owner Chris and he stated he was out of town and unable to help until he comes back in a week. Thank goodness we had a fire place to keep our family cozy. Now that his crappy job is coming to a end he wont show up so we can get the gas turned on, so we still don't have heat once the weather turns super cold. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY, WOULD NOT SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE!!!!! You pay for what you get with Chris, a crappy job, no returned phone calls, children doing the job, no heat when needed, all for a great PRICE!

Description of Work: Chris and his assistant were polite, professional, and careful in their replacement of my defective water heater. I found I needed to do some scraping and cleaning in the area where the old tank had been, but that was present when they arrived, not something they would have needed to clean up. They used drop cloths to protect my floor, rerouted the water lines and vent so the installation would meet building code standards, and with the recommendation I had already received from a trusted source, I felt comfortable leaving the house for a couple of hours as they worked. Perhaps I was just lucky, but they arrived within an hour of my request and did the job immediately. The final price was a bit lower than the estimate, so I was very pleased.
