+ 0 moreBEWARE!!!!!!!!! David Lantz and Gary Barrows are the absolute worst contractors in Indiana. They stole over $300k in (overcharges) for fraudulent invoices billing for "rock removal" then did not have an excavation plan and we had major water damage due to improper drainage and they did not even connect the perimeter drains. BEWARE, the have done this to many others per other complaints on this site. SEPTIC SYSTEM IMPROPERLY INSTALLED AND LEAKS AS WELL!!!

+ -1 moreFive and a half years ago I had my home built by David Lance. Barrow was his contractor to place the water line to the home. Within that time the water line has broken THREE TIMES – the latest one cost me 2000 to find and fix! All three breaks occurred due to bad couplings that Barrow used. It is frustrating to have over a half million-dollar home built and worry if we will have running water on a daily basis!!!!

+ -1 moreThe experience was very good; it was excellent. I got exactly what I was told I would get and a little more. They were very pleasant to work with. They were very professional. I have already recommended them and I would highly recommend them.
