Save your money first off the installed a pool liner and now it's slipping so we called them and they said well you need a liner lock installed and it's because the old liner stretched it out so you need to purchase it so we said ok well they came out to do the job and they were late. The guy then says he can't do it because he has to have a pump which he didn't bring with him and they would be back on Wednesday, well that day came and they did not show up my mother who has dialysis waited up all day after having a treatment and they did not show up or call. so the next day she calls Jared called my husband a liar which my husband has never called him. So i go in there and I have a video of him saying he was sorry for calling my husband a liar that we were right and he never talked to him. So he promised to fix the pool and pay for the water company Conder water to fill our pool and they would be there today at 9:00 am and guess what they did not show or call so my mother called and they said sorry we had an inspection we will be there but we cannot get the water the company is on vacation. So i called the water company and surprise they are not on vacation. So he called screaming at me telling me yes he dropped the ball on the water company. And he called and said i am not allowed in the store anymore or to call so I guess we will seek legal help. i keep posting the video online but they keep removing it and my mother has a vm of him admitting he lied about the water co. This used to be a good company but not anymore they are very unprofessional and ran by a bunch of rude people. you can never speak to the owner he is always on vacation. GO TO A BETTER POOL COMPANY! Our Liner didn't even make it more than 2 mths now we are having to hire another company to do the job right since this horrible company installed the wrong liner!

It went slow... they went from June-Sept. They got the wrong pool in first which slowed things down. Then it took them forever to install the correct one. They were taking care of the Bloomington customers before us and coming up whenever they could. The real problem I have is that they give you allowances in the contract which are lowballed. I ended up owing every subcontractor money. The electricians just called me and wanted $1700 additional above the allowance or they will put a lien on my house. The electrician subcontracted with AquaPro so they did not know about the 800 dollar allowance and they were not allowed to discuss the bill with me since they were not contracted with me. AquaPro have not yet paid the subcontractors (8 weeks later) and they have still not be paid the first 800 dollars.

We had a new liner installed by Aqua Pro. They assured us that the 18 x 36 pool could be filled from our 2 acre pond with no problems. We questioned them but were assured it would be no problem. After it was done, we found that the phosphate levels were extremely high because we used pond water. We added the chemicals that Aqua Pro recommended- and the filter immediately clogged with a thick gel!! We spent the next 3 weeks changing the filter over 30 times, soaking them in sudless detergent then muriatic acid (to remove the phosphate scum) and regretting using the pond water. It was a nightmare. When we approached one of the key employees, he told us in confidence that he had spoken with their pool chemical supplier and was told that pond water should NEVER be used to fill a pool. This was confirmed through calls to 3 other pool companies. We spoke to the owner of Aqua Pro, and all he did was shrug his shoulders and say he didn't think it would be a problem. No apology. We asked if he would do anything to help us with the expenses for filters, chemicals, etc. He said no- he would know better next time. Then a fluke accident- a branch fell from a tree, punctured the corner of the liner and emptied the pool in an hour. There were 2 golf ball sized holes and a square foot of sand bedding washed our. The liner was only 6 weeks old- bummer! We called Aqua Pro. They informed us that there was no way to pull back the liner and repair it- that it would stretch and not work- and they said they would have to replace the liner. They also told us they were very busy and would have to order the liner and they could replace it in about 3 weeks. This advice was given on the phone- they were not even willing to come out and look at the damage to see if it was repairable!! We called Indiana Pools and Spas- it was Saturday at 1:00. They came out within an hour. They assured us that the liner has a one year "memory" (it pulls back to original shape) and could be repaired. They pulled the corner of the liner, repaired the washed out sand base, repaired the liner, and reinstalled it. They helped us contact someone to haul water to us immediately, and by 7:30 pm we had the pool filled and were balancing the chemicals. By the way, we asked if they would fill the pool with pond water- their comment "No professional would ever do that!" Another thing- while the liner was pulled back, we found that a substandard job had been done by Aqua Pro. No plastic was installed at the base edge, and the metal rim was oxidizing. Aqua Pro had cleaned the oxidation from the metal but had not sealed it with a zinc sealant- this will lead to more corrosion and failure of the pool wall. The only way to correct the problem would be to completely remove the liner, repair the wall, and then put in a new liner since the complete removal of the large liner would make it almost impossible to reinstall. If you get an opinion from Aqua Pro, get a second opinion. It will most likely save you time, frustration and a lot of money! We are very easy people to get along with- but this company has given us bad advice on 2 occasions, cost us a lot of time grief and money, and made it clear they had no intention of working with us to make things right. Probably the worst company I have ever worked with- very disappointed!

They missed two "measuring" appointments, and when they finally did make it, they called back and said they had to come out and re-measure because they didn't measure it correctly, delaying the liner order further. We were told that the pool floor was in pretty good shape and the patching needed was minimal. But when they billed us, they charged almost $300 more in extra labor because of the "extensive" patching required. They also tried to use their electric blower while it was raining--shorting it out which caused more delays. When we protested the extra costs, and pointed out the delays related to their mistakes, the proprieter did not want to reduce the price--and then said he would close the pool in the fall for free because of the delays. He finally relented and removed the extra labor charges, but did so in a rather unprofessional way. He said he looked forward to a continuing relationship, but he burned his bridges with this family.
