Description of Work: Replaced value from leaking bathroom faucet . We had an emergency with a water leak. Called Alex , he came within two hours and stopped the leak and replaced the problem valve. Really enjoyed talking with him and plan to have him in the future for all our plumbing needs. Price was very fair , he did not charge us for "emergency call".

Description of Work: Repaired bath/shower faucet and installed handheld showerhead and safety bar/handle in shower. One initial part was flawed; had to replace again and that was handled promptly and courteously. All work was ultimately excellent. Not cheap, but I gather that's just the nature of plumbers.

+ -1 moreI put too much vegetable matter in the disposal and it jammed. I called Alexander, he answered promptly, told me approximately when that day he could come. He was delayed, and he called me to let me know and he arrived later that day. He fixed the problem in a few minutes. I don't recall what he charged for this particular call. I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times and always found him courteous, fair priced, and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Unplugged a clogged garbage disposal. I
