Have used Adrian many times as we live surrounded by trees. He is the best at removing trees with minimal damage to surroundings. He is very honest and professional, and takes great care to protect your property. He also can spot trouble areas that I have not noticed. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Adrian quick, sage and efficient.

Adrian came twice to see the tree problems we had, offered great advice, and did very good work for an entirely reasonable price.

Removal of a very tall, old black walnut tree. Adrian left some firewood for us (as requested) and cut the very long, straight trunk into two 10ft pieces for us to keep and have cut into boards at a later date. We will eventually make some furniture out of it. He even offered to come back and pick up the huge trunk pieces and take it out to the mill for us when we are ready. He also ground out the stump for us. He cleans everything up very well. He is one of the very few tree guys in town that will climb a tree to take it down if necessary (as he did with this black walnut as he couldn't get his heavy equipment in the space so close to our house). We have used him many times for tree removal and he does an excellent job.

The work was accomplished, safely, quickly, and neatly. The company is insured, including workman's comp...an important deciding factor prior to hiring them for the job. They are also equipped to perform stump grinding immediately after the tree removal. Very pleased with the work performed and will definitely hire them again when needed.

After one of the ice storms this winter, a 60 foot tall white pine in our front yard lost many limbs. Because of the loss, the tree began to lean. Adrian came out and recommended we take it down as it was showing more signs of leaning (in the roots coming up) and we agreed. On the day of the removal, he came as promised and worked through the morning. My neighbors complimented him on being ultra careful when cars were passing. The area was cleaned well and since the job went easier than expected, he lowered the amount of the job from the original quote.

Adrian was very prompt in getting me a quote and once I accepted the quote he was good on following up to be sure the date we agreed remained good. He came right on time and was diligent and focused on his work. This was a large tree with a deck, our house, a neighbors house and a number of valued plantings under its branches. Adrian made sure to protect all of these and showed great skill in his ability to strategically cut and drop limbs to avoid any damage. The stump removal was well accomplished with the large root runners near the trunk also removed. He and his associate did an excellent job of cleaning up the property removing all tree branches and litter.

Mr. Heil warned me that the wood had only been curing since summer and might not be the best. It is true that the wood that I bought from him was not as well cured as some I have used. However, another firewood supplier told me his wood had been down for 3 years. Mr Heil's wood was clearly superior to the supposedly 3 year old wood. His honesty and the fact that, while his wood was not the best I've bought, ?t was OK, formed a positive impression. When I stacked the wood I bought from him, I realized that he quantity was very generous. It is not surprising that top-quality firewood is hard to find in late Dec. Overall, his wood was of decent quality and he was completely honest in telling me that he was not selling top quality wood and would stop selling if he got complaints. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We were pleased, start to finish. Mr. Heil came out on a Sunday to peruse our various tree issues, provide advice (including how to save money), and give estimates. He coordinated with another tree service to have our work (involving a bucket truck as well as climbing) completed on a single day. He and his crew were professional and friendly. Work was done efficiently, but with great care for our home, deck, and property. Tree parts were placed as we wished; property was well cleaned up. We were happy with his cabling system, thought the price was very fair, and would definitely use him again.

Adrian Heil Tree Services were very professional, prompt and true to their word. Mr. Heil took my call even though he was on vacation. He sent one of his men that day to cut away the enormous tree limb that had fallen onto our neighbors property, but was still attached to the tree. A few days later, he visited our property, gave us a very reasonable estimate and set the date to remove the tree. From first contact to finish of the tree removal was 7 days. My husband and I could not have asked for anything better. I want it known that I called 5 tree service places after the storm that damaged our tree--only Adrian Heil returned my call and he was on vacation with his family. I say that goes above and beyond.
