Description of Work: I called to have a dishwasher repaired. On their website, they list LG as a brand they repair. Their rep left a message, stating they prefer not to work on LG because parts are hard to acquire. Howeve, if I wanted them to have a look at it, they would schedule a sevice call. I called back and left a message that I would like them to have a look at it. I haven't heard back from them in three weeks.

Description of Work: Never responded. I called the Ace Appliance and told them that our dryer had stopped during drying. I explained when it happened and wanted someone to call us and schedule and appointment to fix it. I didn't receive a response, so a day later I emailed the company with the information and told them I'd left a message and left my email and phone # and asked for a response. Two days later we still had not received a response, so my husband called and left a message letting Ace know our Model # of the dryer and the potential heating piece that needed to be replaced on the dryer. He also commented that we had already left a voicemail and email message and wanted to see if we could get a response to have someone fix our dryer.

+ -1 moreHe said that in his opinion it wasn't worth repairing as the pump was broken and in this Spacemaker model was quite difficult to access, thus a lot of labor. The dishwasher was about 13 years old. I agreed with his assessment. He gave me a number of ideas to pursue as I said I didn't want another spacemaker model but a and quot;regularand quot; dishwasher. For now I am holding off until I can somewhat remodel my kitchen which will include a dishwasher - not Spacemaker. I will gladly hire this company again when I have an appliance issue.
Description of Work: Came to home to evaluate broken dishwasher.

+ -1 moreThey have reasonable pricing. He is always fair about repair or buy new... he is very realistic. He understands peoples attachments to appliances as well. He is prompt, goes above and beyond and put int he extra hours to accommodate everyone.
Description of Work: He has done repairs on all our larger appliances. We have 2 locations and he has serviced all of them.
