While it took about two months to get an estimate, (I was in no hurry but I thought this a little too long) once I accepted the estimate they started on the job within a week. During the job they found some duct issues and gave me my options in a professional manner. The guys that installed my new system were very good and worked their tails off. Once finished, everything was cleaned up and I was given a run through of the equipment. while this was an unexpected expense in a recently purchased home, I am happy with my choice of product and provider. I will definitely use Myers for any future heating, cooling, or plumbing concerns.

The job went great. A fairly easy repair but one I wanted completed by a professional. It was one week from notification to repair, but I let them know it was not an emergency. The pipe had an intermittent drip near the sump pit from freezing prior to my occupation.

I have had Myers's address issues with the whole house air conditioner and furnace, repair plumbing, and install plumbing. They are always considerate and professional and explain everything that needs to be done. When an estimate is needed, they have consistently finished the project according to the estimate. They are helpful and prompt and leave the work area spotless.
