On the second day of having frozen water pipes in our kitchen I called a plumber to help us (about 10:30AM). Because of the bad weather (cold and snow) I was told it would take awhile to get someone out to us. At 3:00 I was told someone was coming but because of the snow it would take a while to get to us. At 6:00PM I called and found out we had been canceled. I called Ciriello and was informed of the after hours charges (it would have been a lot less expensive if I had called them first instead of the other company). The technician came out within the timeframe I was given (two hours). He was prompt and didn't waste any time. The pipes were unfrozen within 45 minutes. We asked him to check our crawl space to see what we could do in the future to prevent this situation. He found that the pipes were covered with heating tape and the heater just wasn't plugged in! The previous owners hadn't told us about the system. We are very happy that we called Ciriello!

Noticed a slow drip from the downstairs ceiling on Sunday evening. Phoned Ciriello plumbing and was able to schedule a quick appointment. The representative was due to arrive in the following morning. After calling ahead, Mr. McCullough arrived prior to 9 am and quickly identified where the leak was originating from. Repairs were completed quickly with no remaining mess.

We're very pleased with this company. They showed up on time, wore shoe coverings, fixed an annoying problem, charged a reasonable price, and cheerfully came back out to make a minor adjustment.

I had utilized this company previously (for a different plumbing problem), after reading the reviews in Angie's List. Was very satisfied with the work at that time. Rechecked Angie's List and found them still rated very highly, so had no hesitation to call them again. Once again found excellent service, from the person who initially answered the phone and took the request to the two technicians that came to the house, who were polite, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Rich got it all fixed and drains are working great! The house had drain problems for over 10 years. Other plumbers(inexperienced) would come out and snake the drain and leave. The drain problems would always return soon after. This was especially true for the washer drain. The big problem was clogging in short sections of steel pipe that connect with the home's larger 4" drain pipe. Other plumbers never seemed to be able to figure it out. Rich took the time to find the problem and get it fixed once and for all. Thank you Rich.

It went very well. Plumber came when he said he would and was very professional. Did excellent work. The young man who came, Clayton, was well-mannered, polite, and cleaned everything up. He did an excellent job.

Rich Walker was the most knowledgeable and capable plumber we had ever had. When he first came to give us an estimate of the job, he made functional the existing r-o unit, even though it would be replaced in a few weeks. He impressed us with the solutions to problems we had for years, even though we had other plumbers in. When the new unit arrived, he efficiently installed it, connecting it to the kitchen sink and to the area where our new refrigerator will be. He was able to fix the drawer that bumped into the r-o unit by sawing a notch out of the back of it. He fixed the drain that had for years backed up into the utility sinks in the basement, putting in a valve that will allow us to access it ourselves. He gave us advice in a number of other areas. He cleaned up after himself very well. When I had picked up something or tried to wipe up something from the floor, he remarked,''That's my job!'' He was personable and a pleasure to have in our house.

Clayton came out to look at a seemingly impossible problem, I couldn't for the life of me find where the sewer gas was coming from. You could tell he wouldn't give up until he found the source and discovered he would have to cut through the wall to get to it (it was a vent pipe located behind our closet wall, it's amazing he discovered this). It was getting late in the day to fix such a problem, so he came back a few days later to cut open the wall and replace the leaky pipe. Originally he said he would have to cut the whole back of the closet out to get to the pipe, but he only had to cut a small section, and it was actually ready to be painted after he left. I couldn't have asked for a better performance from someone. The sewer smell was totally gone when they left. They were also very careful with my house, wore plastic boot covers and even vacuumed.

The tech was very diligent at his work. He installed two new silcocks on the back of our house. He also verified water was going to our humidifier. A couple of weeks after we had this work done, we started having a water hammer problem. They came back out quickly and secured all of the piping at no charge.

When the appointment was made, I was told they would call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. I received the call at 7:55 am and Don arrived at 8:30. He was courteous and friendly. He asked some questions to clarify the job(s) and then quickly went about his work. He was careful to contain his tools in a small area, then left everything neat and tidy from the two jobs (bathroom sink & shower faucet). Although I did not intend to have work performed that day, I inquired about a second shower. He graciously completed a quick inspection and summarized the two most likely causes. The first involved a relatively simple fix that a homeowner could easily perform themselves. The second being much more complex; requiring a professional. So, I am off to the hardware store in the hopes my repair will resolve the problem. If not, I will not hesitate to call Ciriello again. I have already recommended them to a co-worker and will continue to do so in the future.

I have used Ciriello Plumbing multiple times. I have recommended them to others and they have all been very pleased. The person doing the work was very prompt, clean, and knowledgeable, and we did not have any problems with work once completed. I would highly recommend them to others. I have not had the same results with other plumbers.

Ciriello was very good to work with. Although after bidding they were not the cheapest I went with them based on references. Their staff was polite. They did a good job and recommended I have them out once every 12-18 months to clear the line. They told me it would cost about $125. When that time came I called them to have them come clean the line and they informed me the price would at least be $250. When I stated that I was quoted at a lower rate after giving them $4000 worth of business the woman on the phone got upset and told me I was wrong. Overall I would use them again as long as you get quotes in writing and not just trust what they say.

We just bought a house in a different area and it had a water softener. I had never needed a water softener before and didn't know if it worked properly or not (it was unplugged and hadn't been used in a few months). I called and asked to have someone verify that it worked and to teach me how to use it. Although I felt silly asking someone to teach me about water softeners, Rich was very professional, and very nice. He spent about an hour with me checking the water softener and teaching me how to use it.

Representative arrived on time and addressed repair promptly. Had to return after replaced thermostat was defective, but corrected the problem next day without extra charge. Pleasant and helpful.

Paul was friendly, helpful, clean and on time. The pricing was straightforward if a bit steep, but he did great work on our old and difficult plumbing.

Rich gave me an estimate that he was able to beat based on his efficiency in removing and installing the necessary components (which included 2 new heavy duty shutoff valves. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and will ask for him if other plumbing work is needed in the future.

The company returned my call promptly and arrived on time. Rich was very professional with a positive attitude. The quality of work was excellent. I will use Ciriello again.

I've used this company aprox. 10 years. Today I'm in need of emergency service on a rental house that is totally without water. There is a ONE YEAR OLD CHILD living there. NOTE TEMPERATURE WILL BE CLOSE TO 100 degrees today and the next several days. I was informed by Ciriello that there is no one to send because Ciriello has a large contract somewhere else. And all are working on this contract. I feel that Ciriello is unfair in this practice because they had completely re-done this water system within the last few years. Also, I have refered at least 3 people to them because I liked their work. However, they charge more money than most. I'm very upset that they would not service their loyal customers sooner than three or four days later.

I felt that Bob was very straightforward and honest in his evaluation. I was happy that he showed some concern in cutting into a finished wall when there was a good possibility that some simple tweaks will correct the problem.

Paul the plumber was on time, very informative and polite. Will use them in the future.

They were very courteous and polite on the phone. Technician was very polite and they were here exactly when they said they would be.

Jake was very personable, professional, on time and polite even though my new puppy kept wanting to jump on him. He was knowledgeable and he looked for the cause of no power getting to the pump. Jake made good eye contact while giving me details which made me feel he was a honest person. Jake did install a faucet which took really no time at all and the cost was surprisingly low to me. I was fearful the cost would be exuberant. I had a very good experience with this company's representative and also when I called in to make the appointment.

The plumber was punctual, very polite and clean. We are very pleased with the work and will use this company again.

Laura answered my phone call in a professional and pleasant manner. She scheduled the plumber and let me know that on the day of the appointment, she would call ahead. Don arrived on time and completed the work within his time estimate. It was a rainy day and we were impressed that he covered the path from the front door to the work area so as not to track in any dirt. The job was well done and reasonably priced. We will definitely call Ciriello's for our next plumbing job.
