+ 0 moreOn Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving Day, we noticed that our 8 year old gas fired water heater was leaking. I had not used a plumber in this area before so I looked up plumbers in the area on Angie's List and found that Ciriello Plumbing was close, had several reports filed and was rated "A" overall. When I called the office the staff was very helpful and told me that someone could be out the next day (the day before we were having guests over for Thanksgiving Day) and quoted a price. The next day, Patrick called before arriving as promised. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. I really felt like a valued customer even though this was the first time I had used this company. I'm very pleased with his work.

+ -1 moreI called the company and they were very pleasant over the phone. I explained what I needed done. They were very accomodating with scheduling the visit around my unpredictable work schedule. The receptionist called the morning of the scheduled visit to notify us of the technician's arrival. The technician was very timely. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. He also provided the Angie's List Discount before I even asked. Overall, the experience was positive.
Description of Work: Replaced the inside parts of the upper portion of the my toilet.

Ciriello Plumbing [pronounced Sir-ello (like jello) - because I asked] replaced our leaking/worn-out water heater, and while at our home, replaced our garbage disposal. They are punctual, polite, and professional. We have already recommended them to three other home owners, and will DEFINITELY use this firm again. They service the entire greater Indianapolis area. sewer cleaning
+ -1 morePatrick and Mike did a marvelous job cleaning the sewer with hydrocleaner, digging up and replacing the floor for installation of a larger pipe, and lining the old sewer with an epoxy sleeve. They were very good about explaining every step they took. Additionally, since they could not get the equipment around a tight curve to the basement, they removed a window neatly, used the opening for access, and boarded it up until it could be replaced. By using this technique, they preserved 2 thirty year old trees and did not distrub an irrigation system or air conditioner. To dig up the yard would have been a disaster. We are very grateful to them and would recommend Ciriello Plumbing and the trenchless technique to any home owner. Thanks Bill, Patrick and Mike!!
Description of Work: Bill Ciriello came out and evaluated the need for trenchless relining of the sewer. (We had two back ups from roots in the old tile sewer). He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When it was time to proceed, he returned again to make sure his recommendations were still appropriate and they were.

+ 1 moreThere rates were very reasonable. They called me when someone would be coming and also called to let me know when they were on the way. The worker was very effiecent and courtrous. I would use them again in a heart beat.

+ 0 moreWe were impressed with the appearance, demeanor, and articulatness of the technician. This young man is the complete opposite of the stereotypical image of a plumber. Clean, friendly, knowledgable, and totally capable of expressing himself clearly to non-plumbers. We have an older property which can be expected to have some problems. We have asked for the same technician for a more recent problem and got the samelevel of service.
Description of Work: Clogged drain caused backup into sink. Discovered that cast iron drain pipe was 95% obstructed over an extended length. The technician had all of the necessary materials on his truck and did an immediate replacement of the line.

+ -1 moreWe had a hissing sound in the hot water pipe supplying our kitchen sink. I suspected a leak under the concrete slab so I did some online research and of course paid a visit to Angie's List. I decided to call Cirello Plumbing and they sent a plumber out the next day with the proper equipment to locate the leak and come up with a solution. Rich quickly located the leak and determined that it would be possilbe to push a smaller pex pipe through the leaking area. The next day Patrick came and quickly made the necessary repairs without having to tear into the concrete slab. The work was done in an efficient manner and I believe the price was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreWe had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening around 7:00 p.m. I got on Angie's List to search for emergency plumbers who did drain cleaning. This contractor had excellent ratings, and in their profile, it says that they offer 24 hour emergency service. My husband called them and left a voicemail explaining our issue and requesting a call back as soon as possible. It is now 24 hours later, our issue was resolved by a different contractor yesterday evening, and we STILL have not heard back from anyone with this company. It's truly a good thing we were able to locate another service provider who could come out and fix our issue in a timely manner and at a fair price. We will not be relying on this company again.
Description of Work: No services were performed, as the company never returned our phone call.

From the woman I spoke to on the phone, with my initial call, to Don who repaired the waterheater....the service, kindness, and professionalism was outstanding. Don was here promptly on time, explained the problem to me, and within an hour had a new T&P valve in place. He answered other general water heater questions that I had for him. I would use this company again without hesitation.
Description of Work: T&P valve was leaking on water heater causing water to continually drain out into floor drain and not controlling pressure in tank accurately.

+ 1 moreMy front yard and garden were soaked. The sidewalk was always wet. I had used Ciriello in the past for interior plumbing repairs and was very happy. They came out and gave me the bad news. My main sewer drain was broken. The pipe was not installed properly and was severely damaged. It could not be ?lined.? They gave me an estimate and explained the likely outcome, knowing it could be worse once the ground was dug up. I approved and they began work. A back hoe quickly came out and we found the damage was in the foundation as well. They went the extra mile to ensure we did not need to perform extra work from inside the house. They fixed everything from the outside in a timely manner. When extra camera inspection work was needed during repairs they came out quickly. The work was at my front door, near manicured shrubs and flower beds. They spent extra time making sure not to damage anything. Despite the extra care they performed and the rapid response, the entire job came in on budget. Great job.

Description of Work: The toilet in the drivers restroom began to leak water from around the flush handle so I had to shut if off. I looked on Angie's List and saw that Ciriello Plumbing was top rated and they were located fairly close to us. However it was about 6:30pm and their office was closed. I looked on their website and sent them an email. I told them what the problem was and that this was a commercial toilet and it probably needed some sort of rebuild kit and could they come by tomorrow. The next day they called me and said that they could send somebody over later that morning. At about 10am Jake showed up and introduced himself. He immediately diagnosed the problem and said he would have to shut the water off to the building for about 15-20 minutes. Jake went out to his truck and got the parts and came back and shut off the water. It took about 15 minutes and he had everything fixed and turned the water back on. Jake was very pleasant and did a great job. I really appreciate them coming out on such short notice for a first-time customer.
