Called to set up an appointment atleast twice and never received a call back.

I called and left a complete message asking for an estimate and got absolutely no response.

It was a really a very good service and we don't have real complains. They did the job and did it well.

Sivells did the work about a year and a half ago and the sealer was coming lose. The owner of company came and resealed the chimney with charging anything. This is customer service at its best. This is a company I would wholeheartedly recommend.

It didn't go at all. After 5 days, I tried to call first the estimator and then the office and left messages stating I did not get the estimate and neither call was ever returned. End of story

They were very clean and very neat. The son and father work together so well, and they did everything she asked them to and they did a great job. She was very pleased!

They were able to start a week early, which was FANTASTIC! They called, made check with us to see if they could start early and we said yes. They showed up, the forman explained the process, day by day, so we knew what to expect. A crew of workers started work and they completed the foundation job in 3 solid days of work. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. It was a very cold week, and they started work around 10am most days. A heads up would be helpful in the future so I know when to expect their arrival. That was my only issue.

The quote was $350. I think the quote was reasonable. They were very fast in responding back.

Needed an estimate to cap the wall at the entrance to the subdivision. Call was returned at first. Did not hear from them again. Called and left messages, no return call.

Overall great ... very professional

Everything went fine. They spent two partial days doing the work. The owner's son even power washed two decks and other stone surfaces along one side of the house.

Reasonable and did not try to 'up-sell' us puntual and hard working will use again

They were good natured, worked hard in high heat, polite, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves.

The crew was professional, neat and tidy in appearance and workmanship. Job was completed in less time than anticipated, Great price. No damage to landscaping. Highly recommended!

They were very prompt, efficient, and courteous. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was good.

On the first day the workers completed the brick work for the garage. The retaining wall was pushed forward because a previous owner drove a car into the wall, pushing the wall and bricks outward. The workers explained what they were going to do, worked hard, and left the area clean when finished. On the second day the workers completed the tuck pointing around the perimeter of the house. They were careful to not hurt our landscaping and cleaned up the dust and mess they created. Overall we were very pleased with both projects.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

I noticed a crack in our mortar running from the roof down to the step sill on one side of our home. I looked through Angies List and found Sivells Masonary as a highly rated company and sent them an email though this website. Scott Sivells called a day later to set up a time to view the job and was at my home the following day. I received his bid which included the repair that I had seen; but also 2 other cracks I originally never noticed (but did after receiving his proposal). In addition he noted the weep holes in the base row of our brick were never properly sealed and included that in his bid. I accepted his proposal and his crew arrived 2 days later to perform the job. Alex was the lead repairman and arrived at about 10am. He walked me through the job and explained exactly what he was going to do. It took them about 2-1/2 hours to repair 3 areas on my home and fill the weep holes. They left the job site cleaner than before they arrived. I am very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, and how they left our home!

Would not hesitate one second to use them again. They did an excellant job in cleaning up daily.

I thought it went really well. I have not had anymore leaks in my basement since they fixed the chimney. They completed the job in one day.

Scott and the crew that worked on my project were excellent! Very professional, friendly, responsive, and GREAT quality of work. I was pleased with every aspect of this experience and would use Sivells again in a heartbeat. :)

I found them from Angie’s List. They were quick. They came when they said they would. They did what they would do. They did a nice job. I would definitely use them in the future if needed.

The Sivells workers were punctual, friendly, communicative and did great quality work and when finding that some of the repairs had to be a little more involved than initially thought didn't raise their price quoted in the estimate. The owner checked everything over last day of the job to make sure it was done right. Excellent work. We can warmly recommend this company.

He did a very good job. He had a very reasonable price that was very comparable to others. He showed up in a timely manner for both the estimate and job; He brought assistance that knew what they were doing. The color was as good as the original work and really matched. He was very honest and didn’t try to upsell me with the sealant.

It was good. They were on time. What they quoted us was what they charged. They were responsive. I would use them again.
