We were very impressed with them. They were very nice to work with. They started about a week ago and they came every day from 8:30 in the morning (except when it rained or on the weekends) and put in a full days work. We had our original patio put in over 20 years ago and it looks brand new.

They were very professional and courteous. They had good quality and work.

I called Sivells twice to attempt to get an estimate for work I needed done on my chimney. The first time I left a message, no return phone call. The second time I spoke with a gentleman that said he would be out the next day or two for an estimate. He never showed up and did not call.

A detailed e-mail message describing our chimney problem and asking for a quote was never returned.

I called twice. I waited a week between calls and didn't hear a peep in over 2 weeks.

I would recommend that no one waste their time trying to get in touch with this outfit. They simply don't respond.

They were excellent. I would recommend them highly to anyone. They were so professional. Initially, we had a hard time communicating, but when they came time to do the work, it was smooth. They even came back and redid our chimneys, as they said they would. Outstanding company.

When I first called, I explained what I needed, and asked them to give me a price. They were going to be in the area later that week, and said they would do an estimate and fax it to me. Over a week later, I still did not have an estimate. I called again and left a message with my name and number asking them for the quote. I never received a quote or a call back.

We were very pleased with their friendly attitude, helpful photos for our estimate, follow-up calls to set dates, and their good work. They left the area clean and made a polite reminder call when I delayed payment.

A fully satisfactory job from beginning to end.

We made an appointed with him, and he never showed up.

Overall experience was excellent. Scott explained very clearly and in a professional manner what needed to be done. Their work was excellent and was performed in a prompt manner. The price was very reasonable.

Owner Scott Sivells was great to work with - friendly, courteous and professional. His foreman, Norman, and the crew were likewise a pleasure to have around. The quote was timely. The workmanship was superb. I would readily re-hire the company, and I have already referred them to two neighbors. Two cautionary notes: Talk specifics on the surface texture you desire on your new concrete. I failed to do so, and would have preferred a smoother finish on the front porch. Also, keep in mind that if your project takes more than one day, only a cursory clean up will take place until the job's end. The final clean up will leave your home's exterior spotless. I didn't get any other quotes, because I had seen the company on television doing exactly the type of work I needed done. I have to think that they are reasonably priced, though. And truly, the ease of working with this company is worth the money I spent.

Mr. Sivell's and his men were very professional and did a very good job of removing our chimney and fireplace. Mr. Sivell's was very professional and completed the task in the estimated time. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting similar work done.

WE are very pleased w/ the job Scott's company did for us. He matched our barkfaced brick well and the masons did an excellent job in the demolition of the old chimney and installation of the new brick. Job took longer than expected ( a week longer) but they did a quality job and we are pleased w/ the result. Scott came out himself after the job was completed to tie up loose ends and called in December to see if we were satisfied w/ the work done. Clean up was better than expected for a job of this scope. Price was considerably less than other quote's from other contractor's with whom we had prior experience.

HE WAS VERY GOOD TO TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT MAY HAVE CAUSED THE PROBLEM, HE ASKED QUESTIONS TO BE SURE HE WAS ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS CORRECTLY, SUCH AS HOW OLD THE HOUSE WAS, IF THERE WAS A BASEMENT OR CRAWL SPACE, ETC. AFTER HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE, AND I ASKED HIM TO DO THE WORK, HE SET A DATE AND THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE.
