Robert Locke was very courteous.

We initially called "Bone Dry Roofing" to repair a section of our gutter damaged by a fallen tree branch. She had called Bone Dry because they repaired our roof & gutters after the hail storm two years ago. Bone Dry referred us to BDR Gutters. We were very pleased with the assistance and advice of salesman, Dan. He indicated that the gutters intersecting the roof valley should have screening grate to catch heavy down pours. The company returned at a later date and installed the screening grate at 3 other valleys. The company and Dan could not have been more helpful.

Bob and his crew arrived at 8am the day after we confirmed the job. He and his crew moved all of our patio plants (we have many ranging from a small 8 inch pots to large 20 inch pots) with great care. They dug out the area where the addition was to be and moved the soil to a place where my husband and I store our topsoil; we are active gardeners and have a store of soil in our yard. They framed out the area beautifully. They used a power washer and chemical cleaners to clean off our existing patio, carefully cleaned out all of the bits of loose concrete in the cracks, applied a chemical that Bob explained to me would ensure adherence of the new layer of concrete, then poured patches into the cracks. They let that patch set while they were at lunch then poured a wider layer over the patches. This in itself made the patio look like new! The next day, they returned and applied more chemical over the patched patio and poured the colored concrete into the new area. Then, they stamped it. While that was curing, they worked on hand spreading the thin layer of colored concrete over the patched patio then stamped that as well. The next day they came back and finished the color, saw cut the patio into a diamond pattern, power washed it, and sealed it. Bob and his crew worked incredibly quickly. They were professional and cordial. Bob was very concerned that we understood the process at each step. We are very happy that we went with him despite that he wasn't the lowest bid we received.
