Description of Work: Installed air conditioner. As far as I can tell everything went fine. I have not used the a/c yet but it was tested after installation and I was told it was working fine. The job was finished in about 4 hours, they cleaned up the area and left. They also installed a new furnace for me last October and I have not had any problems with that.

+ 0 moreThey are very inexpensive they work with you on price and time, the only downside is theya re so good they ares alwyas backed up. They are very knowlegable. They are generally flexible and getting things done. They are really concerened about getting th job done right so they don't have to come back out. THey are concerned with making my priorities first. I will recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They did everything that was plumbing in my house, water heaters, pumps, wiring, recirculations pumps, air conditioning, etc.

+ -1 moreI called them for work because my home warranty company assigned my claim to them. I described my problem, and even described the additional (non-warranty) work I wanted them to perform on my dime. The person I talked to seemed knowledgeable enough, and was willing to answer my questions, so I was very satisfied at this point. We set up an appointment, and I made arrangements with work to be available to head home during the appointed time. They never contacted me nor did they show up to the house, and finally after half an hour past their stated arrival window, I called them. When their answering machine picked up, I left a message asking them to call me. I still hadn't heard from them several days later, so I had HSA give me a different service to use.
Description of Work: None, other than setting up the appointment they didn't show up for.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIANS AGREED THAT YES, THE DRAIN WAS CLOGGED, AND ADDED THAT A COVER HAD BEEN INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, THUS CAUSING THE LEAK. HOWEVER, SINCE THEY DON'T UNCLOG DRAINS, THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I WAS CHARGED $75 AND THEY DID NOTHING. TWO ISSUES: 1), WHY TAKE A SERVICE CALL FOR A CLOGGED DRAIN IF YOU DON'T UNCLOG DRAINS?, AND 2) SINCE WHEN DO PLUMBERS NOT UNCLOG KITCHEN DRAINS? I THOUGHT THAT'S WHAT PLUMBERS DID! ANYWAY, THE GUYS WERE FINE, PROMPT, ETC..., BUT I FEEL SERIOUSLY JIPPED. AND WE STILL CAN'T USE OUR KITCHEN SINK OR DISHWASHER.
Description of Work: KITCHEN SINK WAS CLOGGED AND LEAKING INTO BASEMENT. THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY (GLOBE HOME WARRANTY) SENT PMS OUT TO FIX.
