Thomas was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving the issues with my central air system. He took the time to answer my questions, was very responsive to my situation and his pricing was fair. He will be my first call when I need HVAC services in the future.

They made an appointment quickly and were there early the next day. The tech called and was running late because of traffic, but was there within no more than a few minutes late, I just barely got there myself because of the traffic and was about to call him to let him know I'd be late. In any case, he arrived on time as far as I'm concerned. He repaired my air conditioner and put in some non-functioning parts and was done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

What I appreciate most is the responsiveness of Thomas when I called. My AC installation was postponed because of bad weather and a holiday during the hottest time of the year. My house was miserably hot and humid and i was cranky. Thomas knew I was unhappy and miserable but he returned my calls and was apologetic for the delays. I appreciate his hard work.
