Highly recommend Neuner Heating & Air. Did the job expertly using the right equipment and step by step process to clean out my Air vents and used a product to kill all mold, mildew, etc.

Came prepared with all items needed when others said would have to be ordered. Knew and told me exactly what was wrong after talking on phone and when he arrived on site and explained all possible problems that might come up n cost of it but didn't pressure me on sales.

Quick and easy, saved thousand in cost for new washer and dryer. (dryer not working? yes you need a new washer too!)

He also cleaned the condenser coils on my HVAC unit. He was all business got the job done.

Unlike most other contractors who keep their customers at arms' length, not giving a contact number and forcing you to always talk to a dispatcher who has no information, Thomas Neuner, the owner, calls you directly, and sets a definite time to arrive, and calls if he is running a little late. Dealing with an owner/operator is the way to go. Plus, he was able to tell me what other businesses charge compared to his charge and I feel I spent less. I trusted him.

We had a poor experience with Neuner. They charged us for a visit and service but didn’t fix the problem. He came out a second time and still didn’t fix it. We went with another company who fixed it quickly and didn’t ask us to replace our entire unit!

Thomas contacted me quickly about my furnace problem. He came out that same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. The needed repair was completed promptly. I was impressed with Thomas's knowledge, friendliness, and work ethic. I am glad I hired him and I highly recommend him. He is a polite and helpful young man working to build his own business instead of working for a larger company.

Outstanding! Thomas showed up on two hours notice on a Saturday afternoon and had the heat fixed in an hour! He also identified hidden critical safety issues that needed immediate attention and fixed those too!
