On time, professional, did what I requested.

Did the job in a professional manner from start to finish. He called to let me know he was going to be just a little bit later which was not a problem at all. He answered the questions that I had in a very professional manner and did not try to just sell me additional services but he did mention some that was available or that I might want to have done later on down the road. Yes, I would recommend him.

Mr. Neuner called us back within 2 mintues of the request! He then spent 15 minutes on the phone with my huband (on a Sunday morning), to get all the pertinent information needed to come fully prepared for the service call. He called the next morning to let me know when he would arrive & he was right on time. He replaced the inductor unit & also had time to do a furnance cleaning (at my request & for an additional very reasonable fee)! I plan on using Neuner Heating & Air again later this Spring to clean my dryer vent & air ducts.

Mr. Neuner called me immediately after I did the Home Advisor search and answered all of my questions and was able to come out that same day to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. He was extremely friendly and professional, wearing booties to protect the floors from his shoes. He worked quickly and cleaned up. We will hire him again for any heating and air needs.

Thomas called me less than an hour after I requested an estimate through Home Advisor. His rates are very reasonable, he did an amazing job and he was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the services he offers.

Wonderful experience! Thomas called within seconds of my submission on the site, he was ready to come right out and within 2 hours of starting my search, the furnace was fixed and he was on his way. Very professional, great personality, came with everything on the truck and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. Just did what was asked and a great price to boot. Will be calling back again for the next tune-up!

In and out quickly. Did a fantastic job. The service person forgot about my appointment, but came out immediately when I called. I'm a forgiving soul, so no harm, no foul. Fee was more than reasonable with a list of work done and what work was recommended. Couldn't ask for more.

explained everything he did and why he was doing it; not only repaired a/c but also found potential problem with capacitor for heat pump; saved me big $$$ in repairs later on.

He was great, he came on a Friday evening and quickly fixed our problem and charged a very reasonable rate

The Repairman was well mannered and Knowledgeable had my central air up and running with in 20 minuets checked the Freon and evaporator coils Highly recommend him :)
