He was very courteous, very professional, took care of the problems he was hired to do, above and beyond. He came back to fix a problem that we were not aware of, it was not his problem and he did not charge us for that. I am really grateful for all he has done for me.

he knew his work.had no problem with that,but i was quoted a price on the phone,when he got here he told me that no one at this service would have given me that price.i know what i was told on the phone,i even wrote it down on paper and he said no that is not what i was told.yes that is what i was told,to me that was saying i was lying about what i was quoted..like i said he knew how to do the job,but i will not use this service again,saying that i was not quoted that price when i was quoted that price is not good to me.make very sure you know what you were quoted for your service,but more important is make sure they understand the price your quoted!

I think I paid them lots of money but on the other hand, My A/C was pretty sick. I would hire them back again!!

Hired to get second opinion on AC repair/replacement from another company. Was very punctual, professional and impressive pricing. Was honest and worked to fix issue quickly and was very knowledgeable. Knew his stuff! We were impressed! He also did this after hours when he didn't have to. Immediately went to go get the needed part and repaired system same afternoon. Also at much lower cost than anticipated due to correct diagnosis which other company got wrong. Tom Neuner arrived at my residence precisely are previously arranged, and after a walk through, immediately started work on our cleaning our ducts. He maintained a very clean work area, and in my estimation performed a very good quality job. The house has a much cleaner atmosphere in our estimation.

Did the job in a professional manner from start to finish. He called to let me know he was going to be just a little bit later which was not a problem at all. He answered the questions that I had in a very professional manner and did not try to just sell me additional services but he did mention some that was available or that I might want to have done later on down the road. Yes, I would recommend him.
