The ownder came out and gave us an estimate on the cost and time allotted to complete the cleaning. He explained what was standard cleaning and asked if there was anything else that we'd like added to the job. The two employees showed up as named and were very quiet, neatly dressed, highly professional and very thorough in the cleaning. Job well done!

I thought it went really well. I was concerned how they would interact with my dogs, but they were so sweet to my dogs. They went right to work and worked the whole time they were in my house. They didn't take multiple breaks like other people who were in my house to clean. They were nice to me. Sometimes when I have new people clean in my house, I am uncomfortable because I work from home. They worked around me and I didn't feel like I was in their way. I would hire them again, except I needed a little bit lower price. If I made more money, I would hire them again. If I have a special project, I would call them. Until then, I will recommend them to others who find this price affordable. I doubt it is too high of price for others, but we are on a tighter budget right now.

They were expensive ($30 or more) for the first cleaning compared to the two other cleaning services I contacted. The first time the they supposedly did an in depth cleaning with two ladies for an hour and a half. I found it unsatisfactory and the owner/operator billed me incorrectly. The second time they came, they were suppose to be here for over an hour but they were here for 45 minutes flat. He overcharged me to make up for undercharging me the first time around (which is something he said he wouldn't do). I cancelled them for lack of good performance and for billing problems. They do just about everything. I've used them for 20 years. Ed, the owner, is just a terrific guy, who works with you, and the gal's are equally terrific! They go the extra distance to get the work done. They really do excellent work.

I have relied on this service for several years. With rare exception, they are reliable, effective and responsive. The service is a basic cleaning service. Consequently, there are the usual problems with the deep cleaning items that accumulate over a period of time and are never addressed. However, I have found that with every cleaning service I have ever used. Also, there are occasional scheduling problems, but that is to be expected.

We placed a call to have a special cleaning, they do not regularly clean our house. Ed Adie worked with us to arrange schedules to meet our desired date even after I told him that he was going to too much trouble. The staff arrived on time and we quite helpful.
