Service tech came out to fix my sump pump. Tech fixed the floater and left. I called back when the pump continued to run, and water wasn't getting pumped out. The secretary said someone would be there at 8:30. I called the company after a no show at 10. Secretary didn't have us on the schedule, she'd call back. I called back 1 hr. later, said the tech was on his way that he was going to call me. 1 hr later I called tech(cell), he said I had to call the office. Called the office and told THEM to talk to tech. Finally the tech came out and removed pump. He said he would be back the next day with new pump. Called office 2 days later and they said tech had walked off job. They would send someone out that day. Called next day, they would send someone the same day. They came out installed new pump incorrectly. Called back they came out, and fixed. Called company back next day because pump was too high. Owner came out and said they can't dig the hole deeper, and that it's our problem.
