Lowes in Beech Grove

On the day the furnace was to be installed the installers were more than an hour late in arriving. And they never contacted me as to their tardiness. Had to be rescheduled for another day. Second, bought blinds to be installed but the installer never showed up to measure After two weeks I contacted store and was told they were having problems with this installer which begs the question why are they using him. Finally got someone out there but when the blinds were delivered to me, and after I contacted the store, it was two more weeks before anyone showed up. And I had to contact the store yet again before someone arrived. Third, installation of a fence. Lowes just showed up one day telling me they wanted to drop off the materials but I was committed to another appointment. They never called ahead of time to inform me of the delivery. I contacted the store but no one bothered to return my calls. Finally a week later they did deliver the materials but not all of them. So that meant another delay and rescheduling my time to accommodate them. I have had good luck with a different Lowes store but never again will I use this location. They are unreliable10,000
