+ -1 moreCalled on a Saturday afternoon for service. I was amazed, he happened to be in my area and said he would be right over. Within a half and hour I had my keys in my hands and my wallet was not as light as I thought it would be. Hope I do not need him again, but if I need the service I would call him again.
Description of Work: Opened our van and got keys out that were locked inside.

+ -1 moreTECHNICIAN OFFERED POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO MY PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. HE CALLED BACK TO SEE IF THEY WORKED (I HAD NOT GIVEN HIM MY PHONE # OR NAME OR REQUESTED HIM TO DO SO) AND ASKED IF I WANTED HIM TO COME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO OFFERED TIPS IN HOW TO PREVENT THIS PROBLEM FROM OCCURRING AGAIN.
Description of Work: STEERING COLUMN WAS LOCKED & IGNITION KEY WOULD NOT TURN. ALL CAR LOCKS WERE LUBRICATED & 2 NEW CAR KEYS WERE MADE & IGNITION SLOT ALSO LUBRICATED. PROBLEM SOLVED WITHIN AN HOUR.
