I called about a broken spring. I was given quotes for one spring or two spring replacement. I had heard that both should be replaced at the same time and Tim told me the same thing. They were on time and called ahead like they said they would. I would say they were very knowledgeable, answered my questions. They were very friendly, took care of everything. I would hire them again and recommend them.

I had called Garage Door Service in the morning, explained my problem, and Tim was able to come out at a convenient time for me that afternoon--same day. They came prepared, anticipated the problem, and came with the correct parts. In under an hour they had the garage door reinforced and working again. Along the way, Tim was able to clearly explain what was wrong and educate me on my garage door questions. I was very impressed and pleased with the work done. I would definitely contact Tim for any future garage door issues. They priced the job reasonably and saved me a few bucks by using a used part which was perfectly fine for me.

While backing out, our son hit the last panel of the garage door. It was bent but looked like it was fixable. I called three companies for estimates. Two out of three just wanted us to replace the door....which would have been at a much higher cost! Tim was the only one who tried to fix it and was successful in doing so! I was thrilled that he put his customers first and in returned saved us a lot of money! You were thoughtful in your work and the door looks like "new". We will only hire you for all future work. Fantastic! I will never use another garage door company again. I called them to replace a broken spring. While they were here, I asked about a replacement door. They had great suggestions for an excellent product at a very attractive price. Even better, replacing the door now meant saving the spring repair cost, because new springs are part of the door package. The owner, Tim, did not push at all; rather he simply presented options. He was friendly, professional, fast, and in general easy to work with. As a bonus, I took advantage of his expertise to get opinions about garage door openers, for future reference. He was happy to share, even though he knew I would do any future replacement myself. Upon installing the new door, they discovered that two panels had very minor creases. They easily could have argued that these were minor imperfections not requiring replacement, but instead, Tim apologized for the manufacturer and immediately ordered two replacement panels to be installed as soon as the factory sends them. The manufacturer will provide the replacements, but his garage door company will have to absorb the labor cost of a second visit and reinstallation. I suffered over this, but it was actually Tim who pushed for the replacement, saying that it would look "terrible" with the slight imperfections. I am incredibly impressed. This is the best construction-related company I have ever worked with!

Our garage door has never run so smoothly or quietly. We will only call Tim with Garage Door Service of Indiana in the future!

Great response getting the estimate timely and all costs were explained clearly. Delivery date was a few days after expected, but comunicated. Installition day/time... He had some scheduling emergency and said he had to re schedule, but when I told him I left work early to meet him, he made arrangements to come anyway. He was later than expected (from original time) but came out and completed work and clean up. Neighbors have commented how good the new door looked. Could not be more pleased.

My oversized garage door had come off it's tracks and made it unable to open. My car was in the garage and I had to be at work later in the day. I saw this Angie's List deal and purchased it. I called to make an appointment and the guys were out and had my door fixed within 2 hours. They were nice and performed good work. They saved my day by allowing me to get me car out to go to work!

When I contacted Tim King he got back with me same day, explained the terms and conditions of the coupon, and scheduled the service. On the day of service, per my instructions he contacted my wife to let her know when he would be arriving, arrived on time, and performed the work. In the course of performing the repair he noted that the door's bottom seal had become brittle and likely would fail, offering to replace the seal. We authorized the work and additional cost for the parts and he replaced the damaged seal. Bottom Line: He did everything right: - Communicated promptly and professionally - Made his time commitment - Performed exemplary work (the door may be quieter in operation now than when it was first installed) - Conferred with us before doing additional work and only asked to do what was essential to the proper functioning of the door Highly recommended! I will certainly call him again should I need garage door service.

Thorough and accurate inspection of old doors. Some wait for the ordering of new doors. Immediate installation upon receipt of the doors.

The two installers arrived on time and began their work. They took apart the old door and then installed the new door. They tested the new door to make sure it worked with my new opener which had been installed about a month before by a different company. They then gave some information on painting the outside3 of the door since it would need to be painted to match my exterior. I saved $ by purchasing a door that was in stock rather than ordering one. Therefore, a paint job was needed on the exterior.

Very professional. They ran out of the color we wanted in the original Deal Bid so they upgraded our door to the next best. The called right away to find out the details then came, measured and installed all within one week. They also moved things in the garage as needed which saved my back and did a very good job of clean up afterwards. Door looks great and they were done in just a few hours.

Tim inspected my old, wooden door and lubricated the wheels. I believe the installation went OK. We had an interesting and educational discussion about old doors vs. new doors and the challenges of lead based paint. Tim and Junior work well together. It was a pleasant experience and I would call them again.

Came promptly and fixed everything. Checked all parts for proper alignment, etc. Very reasonably priced for all he did.

Quickly responded on a Saturday. Replaced broken parts and did a complete inspection to ensure other parts were working properly. Provided a quote on the phone prior to coming and the final cost matched that quote (less than others). Very customer service focused-would definitely recommend and/or use again.

He and his associate arrived on time and quickly discovered that the main spring was broken. He quickly replaced the spring, lubricated the springs and reset the opener for the new tension. He was very efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Mr. Tim King about repairing my garage door and he responded immediately that day. After assesing the problem Tim explained that he did not have one of the springs required to do the repair with him but he could fabricate one that evening and return the next morning if that would work for me. I agreed and the next morning Tim and his assistant comp very leted the required repairs in about 1 hour. Tim and his assistant were professional and personable and I would definately use them again.
