We've had Tim come out on two occasions to fix our garage door. He is professional and timely. In this case, he was able to simply fix what we had and didn't try to sell us on anything extra. I'll continue to use their service for future needs.

Love this guy! He's been in his business for a lot of years. He knows what he's doing. He's less expensive than the BIG companies. And he always services all the parts of the door, even if that's not the reason for the service call. He's always going to be my "go to" guy when I have garage door problems!!

They did a very good job, and in a timely fashion. They had to run a new wire around the door due to a dog of the previous owner chewing up wire for the door sensor. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Tim and his assistant are great. I had them come out last year do do the same work on the other door, after a cable snapped. They did a great job then, and I told them I would call them to work on the second door.

I contacted Mr. King the morning of the day service was provided. He gave me a quote for the job that I was requesting and gave me his availability. He arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. I would definately use Garage Door Services of Indana in the future.

It went great. Just as I said above. They were here less than an hour and I was on to work. This was an emergency because I couldn't get to work.

He does good work and we are happy with his services.

Tim came over to replace the sensors in my garage door (the door wouldn't close due to them not working). The next day, the new ones failed and he came right back over. It turned out one of the wires was a little loose. They have worked great since then. A week or so later one of my springs broke and he came back and replaced it. He and his helper were very professional. I might add that both times the temperature was WAY below freezing. I felt sorry for him when he sat on the ground to replace the sensors (I cleared snow away from the area just before he came, so I know it was freezing!!). And the next time when he replaced the spring, he had to touch all of the metal parts and it was even colder that day!

Excellent service performed by a local small-business company owner who appears very competent at his job. Very friendly and explained all steps in process and rationale for performing repairs. Had parts available to do necessary repairs on the spot. Provided 1 year warranty on parts and labor and 90 day free adjustments if needed. Fair pricing, honest service. The owner of the company showed up very prompt to do the tune-up of my garage door. While working he noticed that the problems I had complained about my garage door were a broken spring. The gentleman weent through what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He made me feel very comfortable and safe knowing the work I was having done was going to be backed up in the future. I would certainly use this company again as well as recommend them to friends and family!

The work was scheduled during really cold weather after the major snowstorm. Tim kept in contact to get the work done in a timely manner while having to work around the unsafe roads. I had previously used this provider to replace a broken spring. I plan to use him if I need further repairs.

fantastic service--spent two+ hours figuring it out and then fixed it for just $89. Couldn't be happier with his expertise and willingness to figure out the real problem and not just come up with the first available quick fix answer.

The owner, Tim King, handles all aspects of the company, including answering my initial call. I explained that our home is close to 75 years old, and that it would not surprise me if our garage door and its springs were the originals from when the home was built. I further explained that one of the springs had broken near one end, and it became apparent early in the conversation, that Tim was very knowledgeable and experienced. On the day he was to come out, he called to let me know that he was about 25 minutes away and he showed up as promised. After examining the situation, he provided me with my options, which ranged from installing two new springs, to the fact that he felt he could reattach the existing spring since it had broken very close to the end. In that we use our garage more for general storage than for our cars, the door is not used on anything close to a daily basis, so I opted for having him reattach the existing spring?which by the way, is something he confided, he has done for one of his own garage doors with good results. There was no pressure whatsoever to push the more expensive option of replacing both springs. He also provided a 90 day warrantee on the adjustments he made, and should he need to return within the 90 days for additional work, 50% of the service visit charge is credited. The total charge for the work done was $89, which is his basic service charge?.and which I felt was very reasonable. Tim is a very nice gentleman, and I would by all means use him again, and as well, recommend him without hesitation.

The installation went good. The service was good for the price. They were professional and on time.

Tim is AWESOME! We had lots of new updates on our house and garage last year, i.e. siding, windows, doors. Our old door which was bent and paint was flaking needed to be replaced. I called Tim and he came out within a few days. He gave us a very fair estimate and stuck to it when job was complete. A few months later we had an issue with the door closing. Tim came out that night and fixed it on the spot! He did not even charge for this extra work to his day. Highly, highly recommend Tim's services!!!

He was able to schedule us quickly and arrived right on time. Fixed the issue in about two seconds by lining the sensors back up correctly and dusting them off. He tuned up the garage door motor and explained everything he did and how much life we had left in the motor. I will definitely use again--- great work.

went very well. Also 8/21/13 overhead door would not close, I had to keep the button in for it to close. They gave me information on how to fix it my self.,
