Description of Work: GARAGE DOOR OPENER QUIT WORKING. TIM WAS HERE WITHIN TWO HOURS, FIXED THE PROBLEM - NEEDED NEW GEARS IN OPENER. HE IS PROMPT, INTELLIGENT, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A GARAGE DOOR, CALL TIM. YOU WON;T BE SORRY!

Description of Work: Installed a new garage door motor. The tech. was efficient, flexible and did a good job matching the price of competitors. He also gave me at no charge an additional wall opener. The only issue was after installation I discovered that for vehicles older than 2006 with Homelink, the Liftmaster MyQ is not compatible. I had to order an extra part $30.00 (ordered from Amazon) to link my vehicles with MyQ. The tech. did not know that this was Liftmaster's recommendation. The company should have these parts with the tech.

+ -1 moreWe moved into a home where the previous people installed automatic garage openers in a 2 car detached garage. One was running rough and hanging up when opening. Tim came out the same day and did a full inspection and tune-up of both doors. He got them serviced operating properly. He gave me some helpful tips and was very nice to speak to and work with
Description of Work: Serviced two single automatic garage doors. Checked everything including track, springs and motor to get them in proper working order.

+ -1 moreThey were quick and they had everything they needed to fix it. The door has a remote control switch which had to be replaced and they had that with them. They had a newer and better model. I spent $50 or $60 on that work and I did not find that exorbitant.

It seemed like there was some sort of minimum expense so we kind of got our money's worth on that call. They got here pretty quickly after we called them. I don't recall any bad points. It was overall very positive.
Description of Work: Garage Door Service of Indiana completely rebuilt the motor on a door that wasn't working. They worked on the opener then adjusted the spring and lubed all the rollers.

+ -1 moreThis company was prompt in returning phone calls and giving an estimate over the phone. I called because one door was not going up the last 10 inches and sometimes popped into place. Garage Door Service found that all 4 tracks needed adjustment and one had the screw set wrong. Now both doors operate smoothly and the sensors are now aligned properly. It seemed like $80 was a lot for a service call, but I check a few other places and found Garage Door Service to be $5-20 less.

+ -1 moreThe garage door broke on a Sunday, and I called and left a message on their voice mail. They arrived Monday, mid morning, and were very helpful and professional and did a fine job. The door works great and I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Beam had to be adjusted and the door keypad didn't work at all. They put in new keypad and sprayed the springs and tracks and checked reverse closing pressure. Took less than an hour. I called them in the morning and they came in the afternoon of the same day.

Description of Work: My motor went out. He came and took it apart and replaced some parts. He put it back together and it was working fine! He tuned up my door and made sure it was fine, he oiled everything. He looked over my chain. He was probably here for an hour, maybe a little more. He spent a lot of time checking other parts and tuning up my door, which I wasn't expecting.
