Tim arrived when expected; he explained as he went what was wrong and why, and he fixed a number of other issues with the Garage Door and opener while he was at it - on time, on budget! Great to work with - would do it again...

Excellent service and response. Called in the morning after researching Angies list - he was here by 2:00pm as promised.

PROBLEM WAS FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR,WOULD USE AGAIN FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR ISSUES.

Tim did a great job... he spent more than 2 hours diagnosing the problem, adjusting and re-adjusting until it worked right. Even though it was an old door that was a difficult fix, he stayed with it until it worked right. And didn't chrge me extra for the amount of time he was there. Would use them again--highly recommend him.

I used them because they were rated #1 for 2 years with Angie's List. After they replaced it, 2 weeks later it wouldn't work. I called them and the man indicated that it was not anything they did. My neighbor came over and found out a screw had fell out because a washer was not put on it. When the man from Overhead Door came over 2 hours later, I told him what my neighbor said and he made a sarcastic remark that if my neighbor knows more about garage doors, he should have replaced it. The man at Overhead Door also said that if he would have had to come out Sunday instead of Saturday, he wouldn't have been available. It is just his attitude I didn't like.

We really did like him. He really was very personable. I called him in the same day and he came that evening because I could not figure out why my garage door wouldn't shut. He was readily available so I would say it was very good customer service. I'm not sure but I thought his rate was may be a little high but again I don't use garage door people very often. I didn't have time to shop around as well. He was really personable, very professional and very knowledgeable. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. He fixed my door.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They came when they said they would. We were very happy with the work provided. I looked them up on Angie's List and they had good reviews.

They were a local, smaller company. Overall, they were good. They did not try to up-sell anything, and I appreciated that. The technician made we aware of a few things I needed to keep an eye on, like grease on the rails and wheels, and what kind of lubricants to use.

The appointment was made for same day service, the technician showed up on time and did a very thorough job of repairing the door and tuneing up the door. He also prvided some good tips on maintianing door operation.

They did an excellent job, were here on time, they adjusted and cleaned both doors for the price of one door. They were very courteous.

Tim came out to give us an estimate for 2 new garage doors, but after talking with us about our desire to keep the look of the age of our home worked to find a replacement panel for the door which was the only one needing replaced. 2 other companies simply said that both of our doors needed replaced, but Tim was willing to call around and find what we needed minimally to keep the look of our original garage doors

They did the job very well, and they were very neat and tidy about it. They came out for the most part on time, and performed their work efficiently. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

They showed up on time, fixed the problem, and stuck to their estimate. I haven't had any problems with the garage door since the repair.

Everything went well. He came out within a few days. After it wouldn't seal, he got the new part and came back and replaced the seal. Very satisfied

They are really, really good. I've used them twice. They come immediately and they are really very, very nice people. He didn't charge us anything the second time. It was $124 the first time. I would definitely use them again.

Their price was just unbeatable. They serviced my garage door at the cheapest price of anybody. They put new stripping and seal on my garage door bottom. They realigned my door. They lubricated the chains and all. He does both residential and commercial doors. He’ll install electric operators and the door itself. They are super nice people. They left absolutely no mess. They were super polite. It was just him and one other guy who did the work. They were just as nice as you can get. He was on time. You can’t ask for better service.

The person installing the garage door was on time and very friendly. He did a good job and even pointed out a problem with the supplies that were used. One of the molding pieces was discolored and he gave use instructions how to get the piece fixed. The only problem we had was in getting a hold of someone in their office to get the fix scheduled.. Once it was scheduled they where on time and quickly fixed the molding. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They came out quickly and did the work quickly. They were great and I will continue to use them in future.

I thought they were fine as far as getting me an estimate and being professional, but it came down to price.

They were average and they came out and put the garage door opener on. I paid them and they were off. There was nothing special and they did what they were supposed to do and got paid.

The guy came out the same day to do the service. He was very nice. He was very quick. He just did a great job. He was very professional. I have nothing negative to say. I don't know what to really compare the price to, but his prices seemed fine. We have got no problems with the quality.

Arrived on the time he arranged. Very happy with service.
